Artist Biography

Creative Concept:

Flynn is a man of culture and humor, passionate about literature and is a polyglot. And these are just some of his qualities. His work contains a wealth of meaning, narrative possibilities and innumerable philosophical impulses. When he models a work, Flynn expresses visually, and very intuitively, the path of his thought. These exhibited porcelain figurines, each with flashes of gold luster, signify the value of the winged sandals to Hermes/Mercury in the New Scandals. The artist is sometimes surprised by the forms and iconography that emerge from his creative act. The golden earrings, as well as the fox furs, signify a sense of values in ‘fox fur lady.’
