In order to ensure the health of our valuable guests, Sands Resorts Macao will impose the following changes to operation.

The Venetian Macao, The Londoner Hotel, Four Seasons Hotel Macao, Sands Macao, Conrad Macao and St. Regis Macao will remain open.
In compliance with the Macao SAR Government’s pandemic prevention and control measures, some hotel areas will be temporarily closed until further notice.

In response to the new coronavirus outbreak, Cotai Ticketing will offer limited service until further notice:

The operation hour of The Londoner Macao Box Office and The Parisian Macao Box Office will be 10:00am – 11:00pm, and Contact Centre will be 11:00am – 7:00pm.
Porte Cochere Box Office at The Venetian Macao, Cotai Arena Box Office and Sands Main Entrance Box Office will be closed.
Important note: Relevant departments are providing limited services and all show postponement refunds will take longer. All tickets issued for postponed shows will no longer be valid.

Free Shuttle:

Free Shuttle services will be temporary suspended starting from 22 June 2022 until further notice.

Cotai Water Jet:

In view of the latest development of the novel coronavirus infection and in response to the directive of Hong Kong SAR government to suspend the cross boundary ferry service at Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal and Hong Kong China Ferry Terminal, Cotai Water Jet suspends below sailing services effective from 4 February 2020 until further notice.
