Golden Court at Sands Macao Adds Delicious Dim Sum Items and Hot Pot Menus

More options for diners to enjoy at the award-winning Cantonese cuisine restaurant

(Macao, Aug 10, 2016) – Golden Court, the signature Chinese restaurant at Sands® Macao, has enhanced its recently launched dim sum menu with additional delicacies together with new hot pot menus, to offer a wider choice of Chinese cuisine to complement its existing classics.

Prepared by head chef Kan Kai Wing, the new, exquisitely presented dim sum are cooked with simple, natural ingredients that stay true to classic yum cha favourites. Some of the tantalising dishes include steamed scallop and vegetable dumplings with black truffle, baked mini swan pastry with duck meat, deep-fried spring rolls with shrimp and garlic, lotus paste with salted egg pastry, deep-fried shrimp dumplings with supreme broth, chrysanthemum pudding with goji berry and baked mini Chinese egg tarts with birds nest.

In addition, mouth-watering hot pot menus are back, to allow diners to experience a divinely different side to Golden Court. Coupling the freshest ingredients with flavourful broth, the new menus feature Boston lobster, alongside seafood and Angus beef sets that hotpotters will adore. And as well as being totally delicious, fans of Cantonese cuisine will also appreciate the competitive pricing of the new menu items.

Listed in the 2016 edition of the Hong Kong Tatler ‘Best Restaurants’ guide, Golden Court provides a traditional and authentic Cantonese dining experience in a contemporary setting, and has established a reputation as one of Macao’s finest Chinese restaurants.
