A sumptuous Chinese New Year Feast


This Chinese New Year Sands Resorts Macao and Sands® Macao are inviting diners to celebrate the Year of the Rat with a wide range of delicious menus and dining promotions at The Venetian® Macao, The Parisian Macao, Sands® Cotai Central and Sands Macao’s award-winning restaurants.

Thirteen signature restaurants including North, Canton, Bambu, La Chine, Lotus Palace, Le Buffet, Dynasty 8, Grand Orbit, North (Sands Cotai Central), Rice Empire, Southern Kitchen, Golden Court and 888 Buffet will welcome in an auspicious year with traditional dishes offering good fortune and happiness.
 


New Year Menus at The Venetian® Macao

 
North

With a wide range of genuine northern Chinese cuisine, North is offering an authentic Chinese New Year culinary experience for guests. Dishes include festive and warming favourites such as fish head ‘jump over the wall’ with sea cucumber, fresh abalone and fish maw in clay pot and more. The promotional menu starts at MOP 128* and is available from Jan. 17 to Feb 2, 2020.

Canton

With superb southern Chinese cuisine, Canton will offer Chinese New Year dishes starting at MOP 128* including braised Wagyu M7 beef and Chinese yam roll, braised scallops with salty pork and tofu in chicken soup, crowned by a superb poon choi, incorporating South African 10-head abalone, sea cucumber, fish maw and more. Bambu

A celebratory buffet offering will greet the Year of the Rat with a heart-warming selection of western and Asian specialities. Festive dishes include a mini version of the famous ‘Monk Jumps Over the Wall’ dish.

New Year Menus at The Parisian Macao

 
Lotus Palace

The renowned restaurant is offering exquisite Chinese New Year set menus for up to ten people starting from MOP 4,288* featuring luxury ingredients such as abalone, suckling pig, sea cucumber, steamed star grouper, Canadian lobster and more. Poon choi, including braised Australian six-head abalone, sea cucumber, fish maw, goose webs, dried scallops, tiger prawns and dried oysters is also available. Chinese New Year à la carte dishes start from MOP 128*. All promotional menus are available from Jan. 24 to Feb. 2, 2020.

La Chine

The award-winning restaurant in The Parisian Macao’s Eiffel Tower is offering set menus this Chinese New Year for up to ten people from MOP 3,888* featuring ‘Love of Eiffel Tower Chinese New Year refreshing fortune salad’ and a wide range of luxury ingredients. There are also two poon choi options, both for six to eight people: a standard menu priced at MOP 2,888* and supreme menu at MOP 3,888* which adds French foie gras and Boston lobster. Le Buffet

New Year Menus at Sands Cotai Central

 
Dynasty 8

The elegant restaurant is offering an exceptional nine-course Chinese New Year set menu for up to ten people from MOP 1,488* featuring a selection of prestigious ingredients including sea cucumber, abalone, red spotted garoupa and more. A classic poon choi is also available at MOP 1,988* (for four to six people) for takeaway or dine-in.

Set lunch and dinner is available from Jan. 25 to Feb. 2, 2020; poon choi pre-orders can be placed from Jan. 2, 2020 onwards with pick-up or dine-in from Jan. 22, 2020.

Grand Orbit

For the most authentic northern Chinese dishes this festive season, North is the perfect venue. Its Chinese New Year promotion menu includes matsutake mushroom and chicken soup, poached sea cucumber, stir-fried mud crab and northern style fish stew. Rice Empire is serving traditional New Year poon choi at MOP 1,988*, alongside special dishes including deep-fried mandarin fish, sautéed prawns, braised pork knuckle, wok-fried matsutake with Thai asparagus and more. Golden Court

The elegant, contemporary Cantonese restaurant is offering dim sum and dishes for the festive occasion, featuring ingredients such as tossed salmon, sea cucumber, dried oyster, fish maw, garoupa and more. A selection of special Chinese New Year dim sum dishes are also available.

In addition to the chilled seafood and sashimi the restaurant is renowned for, enjoy seasonal favourite ‘fortunate tossed’ salmon and vegetables with sesame dressing this Chinese New Year.
