Lunch offers three courses of delicious dining, ranging from prawns flambé with Pernod to slow-roasted French chicken breast, pan-fried prime beef hanging tender and grilled octopus. Dinner expands the options with fine de claire oysters, seared Hokkaido scallops with white asparagus and roasted Boston lobster. Dessert includes milk chocolate mousse with Macallan ice cream and creamy sea salt caramel.
