Signature restaurants offer exquisite menus to delight your loved one
(Macao, February 2, 2021) – Celebrate Valentine's Day with your significant other at Sands® Resorts Macao and Sands® Macao, where you will discover a romantic dining experience to pamper your loved one. On Feb. 14, 2021, Valentine's Day set menus featuring seasonal ingredients are available from four signature restaurants at The Parisian Macao, The Londoner® Macao and Sands® Macao.
A range of sensual couple's spa treatments are also being offered at The Venetian® Macao's V Retreat, The Parisian Macao's Le SPA'tique and Conrad® Macao's Bodhi Spa.
The Parisian Macao
Brasserie will offer a heart-meltingly perfect meal this Valentine's Day. Festivities commence with an amuse bouche of Marennes oysters, before diving into appetisers including duck foie gras and smoked eel terrine, baked black truffle and pork pate in puff pastry and fig carpaccio. Rich pumpkin soup is enhanced with seared Hokkaido scallops and caviar with main courses of dover sole and lobster, braised beef breast in Beaujolais and ravioli with ratatouille. Finally a special dessert of coconut mousse, strawberry compote and strawberry sorbet seals the deal. The dinner set menu is priced at MOP 1,314* for two.

La Chine is located on the 6th floor of The Parisian Macao's Eiffel Tower offering spectacular views, a uniquely romantic environment and exceptional four-course Valentine's Day set dinner menu. The magnificent Eiffel seafood platter features Boston lobster, Alaskan crab legs, Japanese sea urchin, oysters and Oscietra caviar. Diners can then dig into double-boiled chicken soup with fish maw and matsutake mushroom and main courses comprising Kagoshima A5 wagyu beef with foie gras, braised sea cucumber and abalone and assorted seafood in superior lobster bisque, and black tea mousse and raspberry cream with lychee sorbet to complete the romantic meal. The set menu is priced at MOP 1,314* per person.

The Londoner Macao
Dynasty 8 has a sumptuous six-course Valentine's Day set menu with appetiser combo of marinated cherry tomatoes with creamy walnut filling, sea whelks in wasabi dressing and honey-glazed barbecued Iberian pork. Other signature highlights include double-boiled soup with ginseng and abalone, seared scallops, sauteed Kagoshima A4 wagyu beef and chilled superior bird's nest with avocado and preserved plums. The menu is priced at MOP 1,314* for two persons.

Copa Steakhouse is offering a ‘Tender Hearts Romance 2021' six-course special Valentine's Day set dinner, starting with a welcome drink of Italian sparkling wine and amuse bouche of fresh abalone with roast pineapple salsa. Following courses incorporate yellowtail and spot prawn ceviche, lobster bisque with sea urchin, Hokkaido scallops, Australian M7 Wagyu beef with foie gras, Welsh lamb, and Caribbean chocolate heart with yuzu ice cream to finish things off on a sweet note. Tender Hearts Romance 2021 special Valentine's Day set menu is priced at MOP 1,588* for two persons.
