(Macao, May 20, 2021) – Sands® Macao’s Golden Court Chinese restaurant has launched a hot pot set to delight fans of the fun and sociable dining tradition.

Located on Level 3 of Sands Macao, Golden Court provides elevated, traditional Cantonese dining in a contemporary setting. Its mouthwatering new hot pot menus offer an extensive selection of raw ingredients with everything from hand-sliced meats, fresh seafood including garoupa and Japanese oysters, dumplings, balls to vegetable platters. The menu includes live abalone or Boston lobster per person.

Hotpotters will also relish the rich, flavourful soup base broths, including spicy chilli; chicken and cordyceps flower; fresh ginseng, wolfberry and red date; and pumpkin, mushroom and bamboo pith. Set menus start from MOP 298* per person.
