The Parisian Macao and Sands Macao Launch Winter Warmer Menus Bursting with Health and Nourishment
（Macao, Dec. 1, 2021）– The Parisian Macao's Lotus Palace and Sands® Macao's Golden Court have launched Winter Warmer menus from now until Jan. 31, 2022. Based on celebrated traditional seasonal dishes, all ingredients are valued for their nourishing properties, bringing health, heat and vitality in the cooler winter weather.

The 2021 Black Pearl Restaurant Guide one-diamond rated Lotus Palace is an elegant restaurant where diners can enjoy a delicious new Winter Warmer menu. Guests can choose from mouthwatering dishes including steamed spotted fish cooked in different ways; Hunan-style lamb stew with winter bamboo shoots and bean curd skin; braised duck with ginger and lotus root in clay pot; and stir-fried preserved meat with winter bamboo shoots and garlic sprouts. In addition to the winter à la carte menu, seasonal hot pot soup bases are full of healthy goodness, including slow-cooked lobster, with white clam and baby geoduck with Hainan preserved chili in hot and sour broth; red dates, bamboo pith and coconut with chicken broth.

Golden Court
Regarded as one of the most authentic Cantonese restaurants available, Golden Court is offering clay pot dishes bursting with warming properties to keep diners healthy and well-fed this winter. Featuring the freshest seasonal ingredients, the menu includes braised mutton brisket and garoupa with Chinese herbs and creamy broth in clay pot; poached pearl garoupa and fish maw with Chinese herbs; braised chicken and abalone with fresh ginseng and red dates; sautéed eel and mushrooms with sweet basil in clay pot and more.
Meanwhile, two Winter Solstice set menus are available for family reunion dinner during 17 to 21 Dec. - Winter Solstice Family Set (from MOP 3,988* for 8 persons) and Winter Solstice Premium Family Set (from MOP 4,988＊ for 8 persons).
