Named after legendary British prime minister and renowned gastronome Sir Winston Churchill, the restaurant features design inspired by classic Victorian food halls found at iconic London department stores. Festive Feasts
Christmas Afternoon Tea
Available from Monday to Thursday from Nov. 21 to Dec. 29, 2022, this fabulous Christmas Tea Set salutes the joyous season! Savoury selections include foie gras 'Mont Blanc', tea-smoked salmon rillette vol-au-vent, chorizo madeleine and more. On the sweet side are some very Instagrammable pastries celebrating all things Christmas, including 'Santa Belt', 'Christmas Ball', and 'Christmas Tree'. The tea set includes Caramel Ginger Latte or Caramel Ginger Milk. The Mad Hatter Afternoon Tea Set is available Friday to Sunday and on public holidays.

Christmas Feasts
Available on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the spectacular three-course Christmas Lunch will delight all guests. Appetisers start with foie gras parfait, chestnut soup or Santa's seafood platter. For main courses, diners can choose roasted Rangers Valley striploin with Yorkshire pudding, guinea fowl pithivier with foie gras, or mushroom risotto; and then finish on a sublime sweet note with Black Forest Christmas tree with cherry sorbet.

The Christmas Dinner brings the sparkle and joy of Christmas to a climax. The elaborate four-course feast starts with octopus carpaccio or Santa's seafood platter which includes lobster and Fine de Claire oysters. Following lobster soup with cauliflower cream, guests can enjoy a main course of roasted beef tenderloin or pan-roasted French duck breast with Christmas stuffing. Dinner is indulgently rounded off with vanilla cream, fig berries and wine compote, served with eggnog ice cream.

New Year's Eve Dinner
Ring in 2023 with this delicious four-course New Year's Eve dinner menu. Appetisers offer pan-roasted Hokkaido scallops with rosemary, tuna carpaccio with crab salad, or crispy salad with toast and seasonal truffle. Confit of cod with chestnut cream soup is followed by main courses of Wagyu beef tenderloin with foie gras, toothfish fillet with braised mussels, or ravioli with egg and ricotta cheese. Dessert is a festive ‘Happy New Year 2023’ with strawberry textures, Champagne jelly and orange segments.

New Year Lunch
Embrace the New Year with this festive three-course lunch menu. Appetisers kick off with Hamachi carpaccio, prawn bisque with sautéed prawn or beetroot tartare. Main courses include pan-roasted Scottish salmon fillet, Sunday roasted beef, wild mushroom risotto, or a wonderful baked whole lobster with black truffle cream. Dessert is a classic ice cream trolley, or refreshing 'Happy New Year' with pear and pineapple compote, Champagne jelly, lime cream, almond sponge, and coconut ice cream.
