Sands China Recognised for Culinary Excellence by Michelin Guide

Prestigious accolades awarded to signature restaurants and service staff, securing place as Macao’s premier dining destination

(Macao, March 19, 2026) – Sands China Ltd. is celebrating its mastery of the gastronomic arts with five of its flagship restaurants once again taking out impressive honours in the Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau. The Londoner® Macao’s The Huaiyang Garden continues its reign as the only two-star Huaiyang cuisine restaurant in Hong Kong and Macao, a distinction it has held for three consecutive years. Its starred companion is the Four Seasons Hotel Macao’s Zi Yat Heen, which has been recognised with a one-star rating, continuing its Michelin legacy for an outstanding 17 years.

Joining them for a third successive year are a trio of Michelin Selected eateries: The Mews, which takes diners on a journey of authentic Thai cuisine; Chiado, showcasing the vibrant flavours of Portugal; and Pin Yue Xuan, serving modern Cantonese dishes.

In addition, Jenny Ye, Captain at The Huaiyang Garden, has received Hong Kong and Macao’s only Michelin Guide Service Award. The award is given to an exceptional restaurant professional that displays a genuine passion for delivering exemplary service, with the skills to ensure that every guest has a memorable experience. In constant pursuit of perfection, Ye has worked in her current role for over three years.

Inclusion in the 2026 guide reflects Sands China’s commitment to developing a unique, world-class gourmet haven in Macao, a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

Tom Connolly, Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage Operations at Sands China Ltd. said, “We are truly honoured that Michelin Guide continues to acknowledge the culinary excellence of our five featured restaurants.
