1. Who is eligible/non-eligible to join Sands Lifestyle Program?
Individuals aged 18 years or older are eligible to join. Employees of the retail outlets and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this Program.

2. How can an individual sign up as a member?
Individuals must download Sands Lifestyle APP and can either sign up with their social media account or mobile with OTP.

3. Is there any physical card?
No, Sands Lifestyle is a digital program where the e-membership sits under the Sands Lifestyle APP.

4. What is the duration of the membership cycle?
Lifestyle tier do not expire, other tiers membership cycle lasts for 12 months after upgrade.

5. Which segments are qualified for accumulating spending under the Sands Lifestyle program?
On-day purchase made by members themselves at selected retail and F&B outlets under Sands properties.

6. In what situation a spending is considered un-qualified?
• Reprinted, photocopied, damaged or handwritten receipts
• Purchase of top-up cards, gift cards, gift certificates and/or shopping vouchers
• Deposit and/or partial payments
• Repeated transactions
• In-room dining transactions or other transactions charged to hotel rooms
• Payment made by rewards dollars, points, resorts credit, vouchers (including those issued by the retail outlets at shopping malls and resorts owned by the Company) and other comps settlement

7. How do member qualify for a tier upgrade?
• For Prestige tier – accumulate MOP30,000 annually to qualify.
• For Elite tier – accumulate MOP300,000 annually to qualify.
• For Paiza tier – accumulate MOP3,000,000 annually to qualify and/or by invitation.

8. Can a member transfer his/her voucher to a friend?
No, all benefits for members are for own used. Offers are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash, spending accruals or other benefits or offers.
