On Feb. 14, guests can have a night of romance with their special someone while savouring eclectic global cuisine at the signature restaurants, including Copa Steakhouse, Churchill's Table, Brasserie, La Chine, Hiro by Hiroshi Kagata and Jiang Nan by Jereme Leung. For sweet surprises, Churchill's Table Boutique's limited-edition Valentine's Day chocolate giftbox and tantalising cakes are not-to-miss.

Sands Macao
Copa Steakhouse: Copa Steakhouse is offering the 'Tender Hearts Romance' set menu for lovebirds on Valentine's Day. In an elegant and romantic ambience that celebrates the American steakhouse tradition, guests can enjoy oysters, caviar, cured and marinated amberjack, Bouillabaisse, pan-seared French duck breast and more. Main course options include char-grilled Rangers Valley Farm “Infinite” M7 Wagyu striploin and pan-seared turbot. Rounding off the delicious meal is 'Sweet Love' – a symphony of rose whipped cream, raspberry and lychee compote, almond sponge cake, raspberry sorbet. The five-course menu is priced at MOP 1,888* for two persons.

The Londoner Macao
Churchill's Table: The British-themed restaurant will launch an indulgent Valentine's Day five-course menu. Amuse bouche is a refreshing French oyster duo, featuring smoked salmon roe, passion fruit pearls, citrus salad and orange snow. Appetiser is hamachi ceviche with miso ceviche dressing or Italian burrata cheese, followed by Jerusalem artichoke soup. For main courses, guests can choose from grilled Wagyu Denver steak with Périgord black truffle; poached French turbot fillet and celeriac risotto. ‘For My Valentine' dessert will offer a bouquet of flavours lingering on the tongue. The menu is priced at MOP 1,688* for two persons.

The Parisian Macao
Brasserie: The authentic bistro is offering a dinner menu for couples to enjoy the best of French gastronomy. The menu includes an amuse bouche of country-style terrine with prune confit in Armagnac, and appetiser choices of slow-cooked veal loin in tuna sauce, tuna tartare and baby romaine Caesar salad; marbled octopus carpaccio with citrus and Fine de Claire in caviar jelly; and forest mushroom flan with mesclun and black truffle shavings. Soup is Bouillabaisse-style fish soup or light asparagus velouté with poached egg. Three main course options include roasted beef fillet mignon, seared duck foie gras and black truffle ravioli with Périgueux sauce; Niçoise vegetables parcel, artichokes Barigoule-style on Parisian gnocchi with saffron emulsion; and lobster and seafood thermidor in Cognac cream sauce. Finally, vanilla rose ganache with fresh raspberry and lychee compote served with raspberry sorbet will complete a perfect night. The four-course menu is priced at MOP 1,314* for two persons. Additionally, guests can also pair the delectable dishes with two or three selected wines for a divine sensory experience, priced from MOP 158* per person.

La Chine: Located at Level 6 of The Parisian Macao's Eiffel Tower, the premium Cantonese restaurant helmed by Executive Chinese Chef Ben Lui will definitely impress your special someone. The Valentine's Day menu begins with a deluxe 'The Eiffel Seafood Platter on Ice', featuring Boston lobster, Japanese sea urchin, French Gillardeau oysters, scallops, Botan prawn and Oscietra caviar. Following double-boiled chicken soup with fish maw, conpoy and bearded tooth mushroom, and braised sea cucumber with dried shrimp roe and spring onion. Guests can savour poached assorted seafood in superior lobster bisque served with crispy rice, and choose from braised Australian three-head abalone with baby pumpkin in oyster sauce and braised Wagyu beef cheek in Chinese gravy with French black truffle for main course. Finally, pamper the palate with strawberry whipped cream with strawberry jelly and almond sponge cake served with strawberry sorbet. The six-course set menu is priced at MOP 1,314* per person.

The Venetian Macao
Jiang Nan by Jereme Leung: Curated by celebrity master chef Jereme Leung and highlighting the very best of Jiangnan cuisine, the restaurant will offer an exquisite Valentine's Day menu. Creative appetisers include roasted Matsusaka pork with popping candy; foie gras with finger lime; tossed baby bamboo shoots with shrimp roe; and drunken crab in Huadiao wine. For classic Jiangnan specialties, there is double-boiled fish maw soup with tremella fungus and papaya; crispy veal cheek with lime juice; red braised sea cucumber and thin shell with salted pork; eight treasures braised duck with glutinous rice and more. The dining experience also includes crispy white shrimp and fluffy radish with Kaluga caviar for dim sum and double-boiled bird's nest with persimmon for dessert. The nine-course menu is priced at MOP 1,588* for two persons.

Hiro by Hiroshi Kagata: This Valentine's Day, Executive Chef Hiroshi Kagata will present omakase, a celebrated style of upscale Japanese cookery, with the finest ingredients and techniques providing an inventive and exciting gastronomic journey. The menu features a range of signature tempura, teppanyaki, sashimi, and a decadent Valentine's Day dessert. The omakase menu is priced at MOP 1,680* per person.
