Dinner at The Parisian Macao's Le Buffet
Returns to the Delight of Gourmands

Offering an extensive gourmet selection, including live stations,
signature specialties, and a carousel of desserts

(Macao, Aug. 4, 2023) – With its vast selection of premium ingredients, live and made-to-order cooking stations, and sophisticated dishes spanning multiple cuisines, Le Buffet at The Parisian Macao, is a popular choice for gourmets. Now, with the return of the dinner buffet guests can fully immerse themselves in an evening gastronomic journey of culinary artistry from the team of talented chefs.

One of Le Buffet's many appealing qualities is the diversity of choices, allowing everyone at the table to experience outstanding dishes that will satiate their individual dinner cravings.

Some diners will be drawn to the plethora of jet-fresh seafood, including freshly shucked oysters and Canadian snow crab legs, plates of expertly prepared sashimi and sushi, followed by the flavour-forward Boston lobster thermidor from a live station, or roasted sea bass fillet with lobster sauce.

Meat lovers are also in for a treat, including the range of charcuterie, the Rotisserie Carving station that offers juicy Australian prime beef rib roasted on the bone with a choice of condiments, succulent roasted lamb cutlets with wild mushrooms and thyme jus, and the elevated fried rice that is cooked with Wagyu beef and XO sauce.

Others may have a desire to stimulate their taste buds with an international approach. Begin with a live station taco al pastor with guacamole; followed by a plate of made-to-order al dente pasta that is finished in a Parmesan wheel and garnished with shaved black truffle, or the signature baked-to-order raclette, an oozingly good melted cheese dish with Swiss origins, served with typical pairings, including potatoes and pickled pearl onions. Guests could also opt for a slice of flàmmeküeche, a speciality dish similar to pizza from Alsace, France; and then enjoy a complex Indian curry or crispy skin duck with all the condiments from the Beijing Duck station, paired with a dish of hand-pulled noodles.

To close the sumptuous meal diners can opt for a European cheese board that includes French Comté, mature English cheddar, bright orange mimolette, and decadent brie infused with black truffle honey. Or opt for the wide-ranging selection of tempting desserts sure to please all, beginning with the signature Insta-worthy carousel of mini desserts that allows for the sampling of a myriad of choices, including assorted macarons, delicate crème caramel, and Portuguese serradura. Other tantalizing options include assorted French pastries and cakes, a live station dedicated to fluffy waffles, the classic chilled mango and sago soup, a selection of ice cream made in house, and fresh seasonal fruits. Or perhaps it is both cheese and dessert, and why not.

The dinner buffet is available from 6:00pm to 10:30pm every evening and is priced at MOP688* for adults and MOP388* for children aged 4 to 11, free for children under the age of four. In addition, Le Buffet is open for breakfast from 7:00am to 1:00pm and is priced at MOP362* for adults and MOP181* for children.
