Fabulous Easter menus available from April 14 – 17 to enjoy with family and friends
(Macao, March 15, 2017) – Sands Resorts Macao and Sands® Macao are the places to enjoy a delicious Easter festive celebration this year, with a range of specially themed dishes added to buffet menus at six restaurants over the long weekend. Guests can indulge in spring lamb, the finest seafood, hot cross buns, chocolate Easter eggs and other seasonal treats along with decadent afternoon tea sets to share with family and friends.
The Easter menus will be available from April 14 – 17, 2017 at the following restaurants:
Bambu at The Venetian® Macao: The ever popular restaurant has added a selection of special seasonal dishes to its already extensive Asian cuisine. In addition to delicious seafood, sushi, sashimi and local snacks, you can expect to see poached chicken with ginger and roast pork belly on the Cantonese BBQ menu and sirloin steak added to the live cooking station, alongside Korean style beef tongue and deep-fried capelin fish. For desserts, Easter specials include green tea cookies, purple sweet potato with egg and molten chocolate cake.

Brasserie at The Parisian Macao: Brasserie is offering wonderful Easter menus for dinner on April 15 and brunch on April 16, 2017, brimming with delicious Gallic style. Brunch highlights include smoked salmon and avocado tartare, asparagus with hollandaise sauce, pan-seared foie gras, lobster bisque, roast lamb and pan-fried prime hanging tender steak, while on the sweet side is an amazing ‘Bunnies’ Garden’ of white chocolate and green tea cake, alongside milk chocolate Easter nests, hot cross buns, Easter macarons, pralines, cookies and chocolate eggs. Dinner adds fine de claire oysters on ice, beef tenderloin medallions on mushroom fricassee with bordelaise sauce and baked cod steak with escargot butter crust.

Le Buffet at The Parisian Macao: Le Buffet’s fabulous Easter spread features a stunning range of international dishes, including charcuterie, salads and appetisers, sashimi and sushi, a seafood bar and live stations for pasta, foie gras and Boston lobster. A carving station offers Australian prime rib on the bone and roast herbed leg of lamb, while Easter specials include tangerine-glazed Easter ham, roast chicken with porcini mushrooms and Riesling sauce, fricassee of green asparagus with morel mushrooms and grilled salmon steak soufflé with ginger lobster sauce. Chinese special seasonal items add stir-fried beef with pioppini mushrooms in black pepper sauce, oatmeal butter prawns, steamed fish fillets with chillies, double boiled fish maw and sea conch soup and spinach with gold and silver eggs. Those with a sweet tooth will adore the dessert buffet featuring Le Eiffel Tower signature treats together with local and Portuguese favourites, a chocolate station and chocolate fountain and Easter items including hot cross buns, nest cake, spring cheesecake and a ‘Bunnies’ Garden’ of white chocolate and green tea cake.

Grand Orbit at Conrad Macao: Grand Orbit has added several delicious seasonal dishes to its already extensive menu, available from April 14 – 16. In addition to Grand Orbit’s snow crab, lamb cutlets, sashimi and roast beef and lamb at the carving station, the lunch buffet sees the addition of Japanese seafood pancake, pineapple glazed baked ham and baked scallops with garlic butter breadcrumbs, while the dinner buffet adds roast prime beef rib, an indulgent pan-fried foie gras station and Boston lobster. A free flow of selected soft drinks is also included for both lunch and dinner.

The Lounge at Conrad Macao: The elegant Lounge at Conrad Macao is offering a classic Easter afternoon tea set that includes a delicious egg salad sandwich with chives topped with salmon roe, chicken curry pie, mango and shrimp crispy roll, braised pork belly bun and tuna and bell pepper salad sandwich. On the sweet side you will find hazelnut mille feuille, cheesecake with berries and hot cross buns with clotted cream and strawberry jam. The afternoon tea set also includes two drinks of your choice including tea and coffee.
