Brasserie and Golden Court offer sublime menus to indulge the special lady in your life
(Macao, Apr. 28 2021) – Treat your queen mum to a regal celebration this Mother's Day with superlative menus at The Parisian Macao's Brasserie and Sands® Macao's Golden Court to pamper her in ultimate style.
The Parisian Macao
Authentic bistro Brasserie is offering Mother's Day lunch and dinner set menus on Sunday, May 9, 2021. Designed to melt her heart, mum will relish appetisers including duck foie gras, salmon and crab tartare with caviar, green asparagus with poached egg and hollandaise sauce, and lobster bisque. Meanwhile main courses of pan-fried prime beef hanging tender, white bean stew with duck confit, seared Angus beef tenderloin, Boston lobster in consommé and seared tuna loin will delight. Indulgent dessert is Champagne mousse with red berries jelly and lychee sorbet for a sweet finish. The Mother's Day Set Lunch and Set Dinner are priced at MOP 288* per person and MOP 528* per person respectively.

Sands Macao
Perennial Chinese favourite Golden Court is offering two Mother's Day set menus from May 1-9, 2021, starting at MOP 3,288* per table for either 8 or 12 people, with two menu options. Delicious dishes designed to delight the lady of the moment include king prawns with Sichuan spicy sauce, sautéed Angus beef and eggplant, crispy fried chicken with sea salt, poached fresh abalone with mushrooms and dried shrimps in supreme broth, braised Boston lobster with noodles, double-boiled chicken soup with American ginseng, braised abalone and goose web and more.
