Delightful festive gourmet available between April 15-18, 2022


(Macao, Apr. 7, 2022) – Easter is not just about bunnies and eggs, but also delicious food to enjoy with family and friends! From April 15 to 18, 2022, four award-winning restaurants at Sands Resorts Macao, including Hiro by Hiroshi Kagata, Brasserie, Churchill's Table and Copa Steakhouse, offer Easter menus featuring seasonal dishes and treats to spark the festive spirit.

The Venetian® Macao
At Hiro by Hiroshi Kagata, Executive Chef Hiroshi Kagata presents the spring-inspired Sakura Omakase menu, providing an authentic gastronomic experience through the celebrated style of an upscale Japanese eatery. Sakura Omakase is priced at MOP 1,688* per person and features a wide range of unique dishes, including signature tempura, teppanyaki, sashimi and hanami wan three kinds of fish balls with sea bream. Guests will also be treated to a tempting Easter special dessert to celebrate the festival of hope.

The Parisian Macao
Brasserie is offering delectable Easter lunch and dinner set menus that will indulge guests with authentic French flavours. Signature items on the lunch menu include roasted lamb rack with lamb jus and pumpkin chutney, and almond peanut mousse, orange crémeux and citrus compote. The dinner menu highlights Fine de Claire oyster with horseradish cream and granny smith julienne; Bouillabaisse style fish soup with seafood crouton and Rouille sauce; and roasted Boston lobster in Cabernet Sauvignon sauce, saffron risotto and Vichy spring vegetables.

Spring Picnicking at Le Jardin
To enjoy delightful treats with sunshine and fresh breeze, guests can opt for the Easter Picnic Set at The Parisian Macao's authentic French garden. The menu incorporates a selection of savoury and sweet delicacies and refreshing beverages, such as Easter devilled eggs; vegetable crudités with anchoïade sauce, guacamole and beetroot dip; rabbits carrot pot; and chef's childhood favourite – mini chocolate mousse with vanilla cream and raspberries. The picnic experience can be further livened up with with a bottle of Champagne, setting the mood for a perfect spring afternoon.

The Londoner® Macao
British-themed restaurant Churchill's Table launches a 3-course Easter Lunch Set Menu, priced at MOP 338* per person. Guests can choose from various appetisers and main courses, including Churchill's Easter devilled egg, smoked salmon, salmon roe and horseradish; and 7 hours braised lamb shoulder with English peas, carrot and turnip with creamy mashed potato. Two dessert options are both inspired by classic Easter elements, finishing the sumptuous meal on a sweet note: 'The Golden Egg' is made with hazelnut praline, milk chocolate, crumble and vanilla ice cream, making it fun to crack open and enjoy; while 'Berries Easter' features vanilla Chantilly, berries, violet-blueberry cream, vanilla sorbet and almond crunch, leaving a sweet and refreshing taste.

Copa Steakhouse will be offering a special 4-course Easter Set Menu, priced at MOP 638* per person. For starters, guests can choose pan seared foie gras or duck confit and arugula salad, while main course options include USDA prime grain-fed black Angus striploin, and grilled Norwegian salmon. On the sweet side diners can enjoy the signature Copa chocolate lava cake, with raspberry compote and Tahitian vanilla ice cream.
