(Macao, Apr. 27, 2022) – This coming Mother's Day, Sands® Resorts Macao is offering a wide array of celebratory menus and exclusive spa promotion to spoil all mothers. With delectable cuisine and pampering relaxation, guests can express their love to mum and have a cheerful time with the whole family.
Gourmet Treats
A total of 11 signature restaurants including Pin Yue Xuan, Jiang Nan by Jereme Leung, Hiro by Hiroshi Kagata, La Chine, Lotus Palace, Brasserie, Churchill's Table, The Huaiyang Garden, North Palace, Golden Court and Copa Steakhouse will offer flavoursome dishes to treat all mothers. In addition, Macao ID cardholders can enjoy an exclusive 25% off on dining at the participating restaurants of The Parisian Macao and Sands Macao as part of the 'Fabulous Dining Offers' promotion.
The Venetian® Macao
Executive Chef Darren Cheung at the new premium Cantonese restaurant, Pin Yue Xuan, creates an elaborate Mother's Day dinner menu to celebrate the special day. In an elegant Chinese courtyard-style space, guests can savour authentic Cantonese delicacies, including double-boiled fish maw soup with chicken and dendrobium; stir-fried grouper fillet with honey peas and Japanese lily bulb; and crispy Shiqi baby pigeon. The Mother's Day dinner menu is available on May 8 at MOP 3,688* for 4 persons.

Jiang Nan by Jereme Leung, helmed by celebrity master chef Jereme Leung, will offer an exquisite Mother's Day set menu. Highlights include classic dishes such as 'Jiang Nan' style marinated bamboo shrimps; mandarin fish paste and water shield in supreme consommé; and braised fish maw and white cane shoots with hairy crab roe. The set menu is available on Mothe's Day, priced at MOP 728* per person.

At Hiro by Hiroshi Kagata, Executive Chef Hiroshi Kagata will present Mother's Day Omakase, embarking on a love-filled gastronomic journey with the finest seasonal ingredients and techniques through the traditional style of upscale Japanese cookery. The Parisian Macao
With two-diamond rating in the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide, premium Cantonese restaurant La Chine at Level 6 of The Parisian Macao's Eiffel Tower offers a refreshing welcome drink for mothers to kick off a great feast on May 8. The restaurant also serves a limited-edition dessert, special sweet almond soup with gum karaya, which will definitely melt all mothers' hearts.

Renowned Chinese restaurant Lotus Palace will offer a thoughtfully curated Mother's Day set menu on the day. Priced at MOP 1,688* for four persons, the menu starts with a fresh and fruity drink of hot spice apple oolong tea, and includes unforgettable dishes such as applewood smoked mandarin fish; slow-cooked sliced grouper with preserved vegetable in hot and sour broth; and deep-fried beef short ribs in garlic flavour with pickled vegetables.

Authentic French bistro Brasserie is offering delectable Mother's Day lunch and dinner set menus on May 7 and 8. Featuring high-quality ingredients and classic French culinary techniques, the menus will impress guests with an array of dishes, including seared duck foie gras on white asparagus and Port wine vinaigrette; Hokkaido scallop and avocado tartare with beetroot vinaigrette; prawn, scallop, Holland mussels, salmon and cod fish on paella risotto and lobster sauce; and pan-fried prime beef hanging tender with maître d'hôtel butter, French fries and pepper sauce. A delicately crafted dessert, made with raspberry mousse, crémeux rose and lychee, will finish the elegant celebration on a sweet note. The Londoner® Macao
Churchill's Table launches Mother's Day lunch and dinner set menus on May 7 and 8, indulging mothers in a one-of-a-kind British-style adventure. The lunch set menu, priced at MOP 338* per person, includes signature dishes of scallop carpaccio, wasabi cream, green apple salad and ginger gel; braised beef cheek in red wine, celeriac puree, crispy beef tendons; roasted salmon filet on sautéed quinoa and more. The dinner set menu for four persons is priced at MOP 1,688*, recreating an English countryside ambience with dishes such as baked English fisherman's pie; US Prime sirloin with Yorkshire pudding, and 'I love you Mum' – a themed dessert with Mascarpone vanilla mousse, berries compote, almond biscuit.

Priced at MOP 1,288* per person, the menu includes classics such as yellow eel with white asparagus and soy sauce; braised fish lips and bamboo shoots with homemade sauce; and steamed river shrimps and dried vegetables. The absolute star in the menu is Mum's Special Recipe - braised pork, egg and abalone with homemade sauce, perfectly delivering the warmth and happiness of 'home'.

Featuring time-honoured Cantonese delicacies, Golden Court creates three spectacular feasts for Mother's Day, available from May 6 to 8. The family lunch set menu for a table of four is priced at MOP 1,388*, including double-boiled bird's nest and fish maw with molly mushroom; and crispy shrimp purée with crab claw and stir-fried sliced of chicken and cuttlefish. A Mother's Day family set menu and a family premium set menu are also available at lunch and dinner, serving 6 to 12 persons and priced from MOP 2,888*. Highlights include roasted suckling pig; wok-fried king prawn with tomato sauce; double-boiled sea conch and fish maw with ginseng and Chinese herbs; steamed spotted garoupa with scallions and supreme soy sauce and braised abalone with goose web and seasonal vegetables.

Copa Steakhouse offers a four-course Mother's Day set menu on May 8, priced at MOP 688* per person. After the starter of roasted beetroot and Granny Smith apple tart and soup of creamy sweet corn chowder, main courses include a choice of miso marinated Chilean cod fish or USDA Prime grain-fed Black Angus Rossini. The meal finishes with a sublime sweet treat 'My mom, the only one' – pistachio crumble served with strawberry and peach gel and vanilla Chantilly.
