'Macao Week in Fujian•Xiamen' Mega Roadshow
Showcasing Macao's glamorous 'tourism +' appeal and
promoting diverse experiences across Sands Resorts Macao
(Macao, Oct. 30, 2023) – Sands® Resorts Macao is participating in the 'Macao Week in Fujian·Xiamen' mega roadshow organised by the Macao SAR government, being held on Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street in Siming District, Xiamen, from Oct. 26-30. Featuring an array of promotional activities including a major roadshow and travel trade seminar, the informative event showcases Macao's 'tourism +' elements and highlights an array of appealing experiences at Sands Resorts Macao, targeting residents and industry representatives.
Already attracting many local residents and tourists, one of the highlights of the mega roadshow is the eye-catching Sands Resorts Macao's booth. Inspired by the British-themed The Londoner® Macao, the booth incorporates quintessential elements such as Big Ben, and the classic red telephone booth and post box, to recreate a genuine London streetscape. A large LED screen allows visitors to explore a variety of ways to dine, stay, shop and be entertained at the property and they can also enjoy captivating 'Changing of the Guard' performances.
Visitors can also collect souvenirs by following the official WeChat account of The Londoner Macao, collect stamps at designated check-in points for a chance to win attractive prizes, and book the in-demand 'Explore teamLab SuperNature Hotel Package' and 'Lavish Bed and Breakfast Hotel Package'.
In addition, a travel trade seminar was held on Oct. 26 to introduce the tourism industry and meetings and events partners to the latest offerings of Sands Resorts Macao's three European-inspired properties – The Venetian Macao, The Londoner Macao and The Parisian Macao. The seminar spotlighted the 'one-stop' dining, accommodation, shopping, entertainment and MICE experiences across the resorts. Attendees also exchanged views on the development of tourism and MICE industries in Macao and Fujian, with a focus on deepening the Fujian market's understanding of Macao to foster cooperation and expand business opportunities.
