Sands Lifestyle Showcases Culinary Artistry
with Another Exceptional Event in its Celebrity Chef Series

Featuring Imperial cuisine legend Li Xiaolin
at Two-Michelin-Starred The Huaiyang Garden

(Macao, Oct. 18, 2024)–
Sands Lifestyle is continuing its Celebrity Chef Series with another gastronomic event within ‘Master Chef Collaboration: A Journey of Michelin Delights’. From Oct. 24 to 26 two-Michelin-starred The Huaiyang Garden at The Londoner® Macao will welcome Imperial cuisine maestro Li Xiaolin. Li will partner with the restaurant’s master chef, “The Godfather of Huaiyang Cuisine”, Zhou Xiaoyan. Seats are limited and early reservations are recommended.

The Huaiyang Garden
Considered one of the Four Great Traditions of Chinese cuisine, Huaiyang cuisine is known for its sublime flavours, to which chef Zhou brings innovation and stunning plating, and this will be perfectly complemented by chef Li’s Imperial cuisine. Both share elaborate preparation and cooking techniques, outstanding knife skills, and a focus on premium natural ingredients.

Chef Li is one of the most respected chefs in China and continues the legacy established by his great-grandfather who oversaw the Imperial kitchen during the Qing Dynasty, and that of his father, who established Family Li Imperial Cuisine restaurants. An award-winning chef in his own right, including an Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants Lifetime Achievement Award, he has been involved in opening Family Li Imperial Cuisine restaurants in China, Japan, Australia, and Europe since 1985.

During the 10-course dinners each chef will take turns to present a dish that honours each cuisine, including Braised bird's nest with crab meat and crab roe and Deep-fried Wagyu with crab meat roll and black truffle from chef Zhou and from chef Li Braised sea cucumber with deer tendon and Imperial milk yoghurt. The tasting menu is priced at MOP$2,588* per person with the option to add Moutai pairing selections, including Moutai 1935, Moutai Flying Fairy and Moutai Boutique.

For reservations please call +853 8118 8822 or email huaiyanggarden.reservation@thelondoner.com.mo
