Sands China Holds ‘Happy 360’ Month for Fifth Year to Enhance
Team Members’ Physical and Mental Well-being

Macao, July 27, 2025– Sands China Ltd. recently concluded this year’s Happy 360 Month wellness initiative, promoting physical and mental well-being among its team members. The 16-day event featured 16 roadshows, six workshops and lectures, and a closing ceremony on July 3.

In its commitment to care for its team members’ health, Sands China has held Happy 360 Month for five consecutive years. From June 9 to July 3, 2025, team members participated in a variety of wellness activities at the back-of-house areas of The Venetian® Macao, The Parisian® Macao, The Londoner Macao® and Sands® Macao.

Happy 360 Month adopts the 5S Model for emotions to deliver health seminars, classes, exercise sessions, physical and mental health consultations, happiness index assessments, interactive game booths, and other activities designed to help team members establish a positive mindset and build a happy, thriving workplace.

Through the 5S Model – Self-Questioning, Stopping Negative Thinking, Self Pep-Talk, Shuffling Your Thoughts, and Staying Attentive to Body Responses – team members learn techniques for embracing positive thinking, releasing stress, managing emotions, and building a warm and caring workplace.

Sands China launched Happy 360 Month in 2021 and has since attracted over 38,000 participants to more than 200 physical and mental well-being activities. Through seminars, workshops, roadshows, and other efforts, the company encourages team members to develop beneficial mental health habits to enrich their lives and promote family harmony.

Sands China has established partnerships with organisations across various sectors to give team members as comprehensive and professional of an experience as possible. These collaborations implement strategies for better psychological and physical health from multiple perspectives, emphasising the importance of emotional management.

“Happy 360 Month provides positive energy to support the physical and mental well-being of our team members in every respect,” said Dr. Wilfred Wong, executive vice chairman of Sands China Ltd. “We have over 27,000 team members. If each of them has three or four family members, this positive energy is in fact indirectly reaching nearly 100,000 people. When team members are happy, their family life naturally becomes more harmonious and society as a whole becomes more stable. Sands China will further strengthen collaboration with government departments, social welfare organisations, and mental health professionals to enhance the support network for the well-being of our team members.”

The closing ceremony at the heart-of-house area of The Venetian Macao was attended by guests of honour Chan Un Tong, director of the Labour Affairs Bureau; Lam Pui Seong, head of the Community Service Coordination Division of the Social Welfare Bureau; Wong Weng Man, acting director of the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention of the Health Bureau; Hui Ping, acting director of the Macao Blood Transfusion Service of the Health Bureau; Ho Sut Heng, president of the Macau Federation of Trade Unions; Chan Ka Leong, president of the board of directors of the General Union of Neighbourhood Associations of Macao; Un Siu Leng, president of the board of directors of the Women’s General Association of Macau; Anny Yip, service coordinator of the Sheng Kung Hui Macau Social Service Coordination Office; Ip Wai Seng, president of the board of directors of the Smoke-free & Healthy Life Association of Macau; Dr. Raymond Chan, representative of Mantec Medical Centre; and Dr. Wong.
