‘Jiang Nan East Sea Delicacies’ Six-Hands Dinners

Master Chef Jereme Leung to be joined by Award-Winning Chefs 
DeAille Tam and Simon Wong for the latest ‘Celebrity Chef Series’ event

（Macao,Sept. 12, 2025）– Sands Lifestyle is presenting an exclusive ‘Jiang Nan East Sea Delicacies’ six-hands dining experience from Sept. 18 to 20 at one of The Venetian® Macao’s signature restaurants, Jiang Nan by Jereme Leung. Highlighting the exquisite flavours of Jiang Nan cuisine and the freshest produce from the East China Sea, the latest instalment in the Celebrity Chef Series will feature a collaboration between Jiang Nan’s own celebrity master chef Jereme Leung and renowned chefs DeAille Tam and Simon Wong, former executive chefs and co-founders of one-Michelin-starred Obscura in Shanghai.

Chef Leung is known for revitalising traditional dishes with a contemporary twist, while always maintaining a firm respect for conventions. Under his helm, Jiang Nan by Jereme Leung presents unique signature dishes that blend the characteristics of Shanghai, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang - celebrating the very best of Jiang Nan cuisine. He enjoys pairing classic flavours with seasonal ingredients and innovatively interprets dishes while preserving traditional tastes.

Partners Tam and Wong have impressive backgrounds. Tam is the first female chef in mainland China to earn a Michelin star (2018) and to receive the ‘Asia's Best Female Chef’ award given by the prestigious Asia's 50 Best Restaurants (2021). While Wong’s accolades include the Michelin Young Chef Award (2023). Together they co-founded Obscura, which achieved One Star in the Michelin Guide Shanghai and One Diamond in the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide soon after its opening in 2020, winning a loyal following and critical acclaim. The duo interprets traditional Chinese delicacies with sound Western techniques to create delightful dining experiences with a touch of whimsy and surprise. 

During the exclusive six-hands dinners, the three celebrated chefs will serve a meticulously crafted  eight-course menu. Guests can savour delectable dishes including Imperial soup, Lion head croaker and Fish maw, and enjoy a symphony of flavours that reflects the rich culinary heritage of the Jiang Nan region. The dinner is priced at MOP 2,988* per person, with an optional pairing of three carefully selected Macallan whiskies to complement the dishes; seats are limited each evening.
