This exquisite residence club seamlessly blends historical grandeur with
contemporary vision, creating a glamourous sensory feast
(Macao, Sept. 29, 2025)– Hampton Court, a stunning residence club at Londoner Grand, has been internationally recognised for its exceptional and immersive design, having just won the ‘Restaurant – Global Award’ category at The International Hotel & Property Awards 2025. The esteemed awards are hosted by leading interior design magazine design et al and judged by industry professionals, as well as the magazine’s readers, clients and customers.
Tom Connolly, Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage Operations, Sands China Ltd. said, “We are thrilled that Hampton Court, which takes its design inspiration from the historic Hampton Court Palace, has been honoured on the global stage. Its stunning interiors transport diners, while providing a magnificent backdrop for its impressive culinary offerings. We view this prestigious accolade as acknowledgement of the incredible talent of our design collaborators and validation of our vision to create unique, story-driven, experiences for our guests.”
Hampton Court
A breathtaking homage to the original Tudor and Baroque architecture of Hampton Court Palace, Hampton Court was designed by Studio Shayne Brady, formerly BradyWilliams. Inspired by Henry VIII’s favoured residence in England, the key design vision was to create an exclusive-private-club ambience, which was achieved through masterful craftsmanship and the use of sumptuous jewel tones, intricate and ornate brass detailing and luxurious fabrics.
Spread over three levels, the layout is organised into distinct areas, each with a specific function and aesthetic. This includes Henry’s Kitchen, the heart of Hampton Court, where diners are surrounded by the lively energy of show kitchens, creating a sense of being at the centre of a vibrant, royal court, where lavish breakfast and dinner buffets are served. Tudor Lounge is a contemporary haven of calm with a marble fireplace and mohair velvets, while Jester’s Corner is a dessert bar with a whimsical setting, brought to life by oversized patterns and jester-inspired stripes. Away from the buzz is Bard’s Bar, an evocative and intimate cocktail bar featuring a leather-embossed bar front, geometric-patterned carpets and over-scaled floor lamps.
Providing a harmonious grand connection between levels is the King’s Staircase, adorned with a garden-themed mural and a multi-storey, custom-made chandelier. It leads to the other culinary offering The Great Hall, which is defined by a colonnade of arches and heritage hues. Within this space is The Orangery, featuring hand-painted wallpaper depicting lush gardens; it is designed for intimate private gatherings and celebrations.
Hampton Court is the third gastronomic destination within Sands Resorts Macao to have been recognised by these awards, following previous winners Pin Yue Xuan, a Michelin Selected Cantonese restaurant at The Venetian® Macao, and The Residence, an exclusive club for guests of The Londoner Hotel.
