Korean celebrity chef to headline the latest ‘Celebrity Chef Series’ event

（Macao,Oct.02, 2025）– Sands Lifestyle is proud to announce that Korean celebrity chef Hyun-Suk Choi will host two dinners titled ‘A Taste of Mastery: An Exclusive Gastronomic Journey’ on Oct. 3 and 4 at Londoner Grand’s Hampton Court. The much-loved White Spoon chef on Netflix’s worldwide hit show ‘Culinary Class Wars’ will delight diners with a masterful feast showcasing his distinctive culinary style and innovative techniques.

Chef Choi is a household name in South Korea, with appearances on popular variety shows like ‘Please Take Care of My Refrigerator’. In 2024, he gained global recognition with his impressive performance on ‘Culinary Class Wars’.

Beyond his celebrity status, chef Choi has dedicated three decades to perfecting his craft. Renowned for his bold selection of ingredients and creative cooking, he has earned the nickname ‘The Crazy Chef’ in the fine dining world. He previously held positions at esteemed restaurants such as Elbon the Table and Tasty BVLD. Currently, he has four highly acclaimed restaurants under his belt: Choidot, a ‘World's 50 Best Discovery’ restaurant offering Italian cuisine with a creative twist; Dahlia Dining, a 100% vegan gastro dining experience; Central Reducer, a reinterpretation of Chinese food by an Italian culinary expert; and Central Accelerator, a fusion cuisine pub. 

During the exclusive dinners at Hampton Court, which recently won the ‘Restaurant – Global Award’ at The International Hotel & Property Awards 2025, chef Choi will take guests on an immersive culinary journey. The menu will feature delectable dishes such as Samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup) and Daegu-style beef stew. The dinner is priced at MOP 3,288* per person.  In addition, Alice Cheongdam, ranked 13th in the ‘2025 Asia's 50 Best Bars’, will create three unique cocktails for the dinner, infused with imaginative creativity. Using Martell Cognac and Pernod Ricard products as the base, each cocktail creates a whimsical experience for the palate — playful and rich in layers, transporting guests down the rabbit hole into Alice’s wonderland. The unique charm of Martell Cognac and the bold experimental spirit of the mixologist will add a lively and unforgettable touch to the exquisite dining experience.
