Sands China Puts Sustainability on the Plate for World Oceans Day

Four signature restaurants serving conscious-catch seafood until June 30

(Macao, June 12, 2026) - Sands China Ltd. is celebrating World Oceans Day with a month-long promotion of responsibly-sourced seafood at Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill and North Palace at The Londoner® Macao, as well as La Chine and Brasserie at The Parisian® Macao, inviting guests to enjoy world-class, eco-conscious dining during the Sustainable SEAfood Festival.

As a leading integrated resort operator and a long-standing member of The Hong Kong Sustainable Seafood Coalition (HKSSC), which organises the festival annually, Sands China embeds environmental sustainability into its daily operations, and is committed to supply chain transparency and marine biodiversity.

Sustainable Catch
A selection of tempting options awaits diners at British gastropub Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, including Seared chilli garlic prawns served with creamy hummus, spicy sriracha, cherry tomatoes, and coriander, with Guinness sourdough bread, and Miso glazed Atlantic cod fish on a bed of buttered leeks, with pok choi and a champagne sauce. Focusing on Northern Chinese cuisine and shrimp, North Palace is presenting Braised tofu with shrimp and scallops in superior yellow broth and Hot and sour soup with crab meat and fresh shrimp.

Two standout dishes to try at Cantonese restaurant La Chine are Stir-fried prawns with homemade spicy chilli sauce with freshly steamed buns, and the enticing Morel mushrooms stuffed with shrimp paste with an abalone sauce. Lastly, French bistro, Brasserie is serving an exclusive four-course set dinner featuring Abrolhos octopus carpaccio with a tangy citrus vinaigrette, and Bread-crusted halibut fillet and lobster salpicon on a green lentil and spelt risotto, with crispy pancetta and parmesan sauce.
