Sands Lifestyle Presents “Celebrity Chefs’ Table” at The Parisian Macao
A gastronomic extravaganza that brings together acclaimed chefs from Macao, Hong Kong, Mainland China and France
(Macao, August 3, 2026) - Renowned for curating exceptional lifestyle experiences, Sands Lifestyle is setting new experiential benchmarks with its “Celebrity Chefs’ Table” series, part of The Parisian® Macao’s 10th anniversary celebrations. Beginning August 7, 2026, seven culinary masters will each present exquisitely crafted journeys defined by the art of world-class gastronomy. Connoisseurs can expect contemporary six-course tasting menus starring impressive signatures and event-exclusive dishes.
The showstopping stage for each gourmet experience is Le Cristal Parisian, a spectacular glass pavilion at the The Parisian Macao. This opulent, bespoke setting not only complements the elevated dining, but also affords breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower and the property’s anniversary drone shows.
Fine-Dining Under the Stars
First to the “table” from August 7-9 is Franco Fong, Chief Operating Officer of Michelin-Selected restaurant, Twelve25 in Macao. Guided by French tradition and driven by creativity, the seafood-forward menu includes Abalone & foie gras, a symbolic course echoing growth and longevity. The dish features slow-cooked abalone paired with a rich combination of eggplant and foie gras, enveloped by a golden, crunchy kataifi nest, and finished with pickled wild mushrooms.
Focusing on French classics with inventive Chinese touches is Greg Tao, Chef de Cuisine of Hangzhou’s one-Michelin-starred L'éclat 19. Included on Forbes China’s prestigious “30 Under 30” list in 2025, Tao will present enticing menus from August 14-16. A highlight is his decadent homage to Macao’s iconic Portuguese egg tart, Lobster “egg tart”, a fragrant lobster custard and tender meat rests inside a crisp puff pastry shell, which is baked to silky perfection and playfully paired with “tea” – lobster consommé infused with the essence of vanilla milk tea.
One week later (August 21-23), Chef de Cuisine of two-Michelin-starred L’Envol in Hong Kong, Hwang Byeonghyen, will showcase the restaurant’s refined interpretation of French cuisine. The second course is a sublime interplay of the finest caviar and premium seafood, and also the chef’s signature, Brittany razor clams “à la marinière” and No.2 superior osciètre caviar with caviar two ways.
Artistry and Heritage
Visiting from August 28-30 is rising culinary star and reigning champion of hit reality cooking competition “Chef of China”, Rain Qu. Known for her visionary fusion concepts combined with Chinese traditions, she has created culturally-inspired menus featuring dishes rich in multilayered symbolism and flavour. This includes Aged beef short rib, green Sichuan peppercorn mousse and pickled pineapple, a harmonious combination of three distinct tastes that deliver incredible depth on the palate.
The gastronomic extravaganza continues with two Hong Kong chefs. Eddy Leung, a celebrated personality and private dining pioneer, noted for Chef Studio by Eddy, and Ronald Shao, the seasoned Executive Chef of MIÁN. Leung’s mastery of French cuisine and innovative approach to blended cuisines will be on display on September 4, and on September 5-6, he will collaborate with Shao to host cross-cultural cuisine four-hands dinners. Diners can enjoy Leung’s elegant Lamb noisette stuffed with veal kidney, naipizi and herb crust, and potato gratin and Shao’s famous Signature baked pork chop rice, both dishes defined by precision and passion.
This milestone celebration culminates on September 11-13 with a visit from a legendary French chef with Michelin star credentials, presenting an immersive, one-of-a-kind dining experience not to be missed.
An extraordinary series, Celebrity Chefs’ Table will deliver memorable multi-sensory experiences, each priced at MOP2,388* per person. An optional Champagne pairing is available for MOP588 per person (four glasses), featuring champagne houses Laurent-Perrier, Champagne Henri Giraud, or Barons De Rothschild Champagne.
