The Parisian Macao Celebrates 10th Anniversary with Exclusive Moët & Chandon Dinners and Stunning Drone Shows

The sophisticated soirées were held at a unique location with Eiffel Tower views, enhanced by 1,500 drones dancing across the night sky

(Macao, Sept. 15, 2026) - To mark the milestone occasion of a decade of French-inspired hospitality, The Parisian® Macao hosted an elegant, three-night Moët & Chandon dinner event over the past weekend. The dazzling celebration of this iconic Cotai Strip landmark was enjoyed by a distinguished gathering of government officials, VIPs and prominent media representatives.

Each evening, the talented Jean-Michel Bardet, Executive Chef at Moët & Chandon, took diners on a journey of culinary excellence with his five-course champagne-paired menu. Chef Bardet, who has an impressive Michelin-star background, also showcased the Maison’s food pairing philosophy — champagne and gastronomy engaging in a subtle dialogue, revealing one another through textures, salinity, simplicity and emotion. The perfect marriage of the Grand Vintage 2016 with the third course, John Dory fish, green peas, Chinese pear, lemon verbena foam and beurre blanc, was a memorable highlight.

Adding to the ambience was the location, Le Cristal Parisian, a bespoke setting at The Parisian Macao. It both complemented the chic occasions and afforded sensational views of the Eiffel Tower, and the property’s anniversary drone shows, a spectacular display of technology and art. The weekend’s activities marked the finale of Sands Lifestyle’s gourmet showcase, Celebrity Chefs’ Table, a six-week series that featured seven exceptional guest chefs.

In addition to these gastronomic celebrations, the integrated resort is continuing to host an enchanting, immersive experience featuring Le Petit Prince (The Little Prince). Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s timeless tale is brought to life through gorgeous installations, interactive adventures for children, and an imaginative afternoon tea, all available until October 11, 2026.
