Embark on a global gastronomic journey this jolly season
(Macao, Dec. 14, 2022) – Christmas and New Year are nearly upon us, which means delicious gourmet to enjoy with family and friends. This festive season, eight signature restaurants at The Venetian®Macao, The Parisian Macao, The Londone®Macao and Sands Macao, including Copa Steakhouse, Brasserie, La Chine, Lotus Palace, Churchill's Table, Hiro by Hiroshi Kagata, Jiang Nan by Jereme Leung and Pin Yue Xuan will offer flavoursome delicacies to bring seasonal cheer to all guests.
Sands Macao
Copa Steakhouse: A variety of festive menus are on offer at Copa Steakhouse, indulging guests with the authentic American steakhouse tradition. The Festive Lunch Set Menu will be served from Dec. 24 to 26 and from Dec. 31 to Jan. 2, 2023, with a choice of heirloom tomato and mozzarella cheese salad, grilled chicken cobb salad, pan-seared foie gras, pan-seared Hokkaido scallops or gingered pumpkin soup for starter. The main course offers a selection of premium meats and seafood, including grilled black Angus tenderloin, grilled Norwegian salmon, roasted Christmas Tom turkey ballotine, grilled wagyu beef burger and linguine carbonara. For dessert, guests can choose either banoffee with hazelnut crumble and peanut butter ice cream or pavlova with strawberry sorbet and vanilla Chantilly. The menu is priced from MOP 398* per person.
The Christmas Dinner Set Menu is served from Dec. 24 to 26, with a choice of roasted Christmas Tom turkey ballotine or M5 wagyu beef Wellington Rossini for the main course after a wagyu beef consommé and pan-seared Parma ham wrapped monk fish. Dessert is chestnut and rum cake. The menu is priced at MOP988* per person.
The New Year Dinner Set Menu served from Dec. 31 until Jan. 2, 2023 offers another delight for gourmands. Following the delectable brioche crusted Ora king salmon, sweet corn soup with lobster and pan-seared John Dory, the absolute star of the menu is an extravagant 'Duet of Wagyu' – wagyu striploin and Bourbon braised wagyu short rib. A New Year-themed dessert composes a perfect ending for the meal, with cottage cheese mousse with kalamansi and Champagne jelly and mandarin sorbet. The menu is priced from MOP 988* per person.

The Parisian Macao
Brasserie: Authentic Parisian restaurant Brasserie offers a series of feasts this festive season. The Christmas Lunch Set Menu will be served from Dec. 24 to 26, with a choice of seared duck foie gras, Portobello mushroom and mozzarella, duo of smoked salmon or light green pea velouté with grilled prawn for appetiser. Main course options include seared rainbow trout fillet, roasted stuffed turkey ballotine, pan-roasted US hanging tender steak, and risotto with assorted mushrooms, black truffle scented. Finally, selected cheeses from our Parisian affineur, seasonal fresh fruit selection with mango sorbet, or vanilla cream with Christmas spices, strawberry compote and 'Mara des Bois' sorbet finishes the meal on a sweet note. The menu is priced from MOP 348* per person.
The Christmas Dinner Set Menu from Dec. 24 to 26 begins with the refreshing abalone and Hokkaido scallop tartare in citrus and caviar, followed by a choice of sea trout gravelax, seared duck foie gras and black pudding croquette, or roasted and marinated vegetables mille-feuilles in pesto dressing for appetiser, and Bouillabaisse style fish soup or green peas velouté for soup. For main course, guests can choose from pan-roasted arctic char fillet in almond crust, baked fillet mignon with Bourguignon duxelle, and quiche with leek and comte cream. Dessert is a festive 'Christmas Tree', featuring vanilla cream with Christmas spices, strawberry compote and 'Mara des Bois' sorbet. The menu is priced at MOP 688* per person.
From Dec. 31 to Jan. 2, 2023, the New Year Lunch Set Menu will bring an air of French elegance. For appetiser, guests can choose from duck and goose foie gras terrine, grilled octopus, carpaccio of duck magret confit, and Green Du Puy lentil soup. Main course options include grilled swordfish steak, braised lamb shoulder in Tajine style, pan-roasted US hanging tender steak, slow cooked pork cheek, and homemade spinach and Feta cheese ravioli. Afterward, chocolate Chantilly with passion fruit caramel on Brittany sable and passion fruit sorbet, seasonal fresh fruit selection with mango sorbet or selected cheeses from our Parisian affineur will refresh the palate. The menu is priced from MOP 348* per person.
New Year Dinner Set Menu available from Dec. 31 to Jan. 2, 2023 is the perfect choice to welcome a new year. After enjoying oyster and passion fruit gelée tartare, guests can choose an appetiser from foie gras mille-feuille with apple flambee, lobster salad Niçoise and celery Remoulade, and cauliflower bavarois and heirloom vegetables salad. Soup options include seared Hokkaido scallop in beef consommé and light asparagus velouté, and main course choices are French sea bass fillet meuniere, roasted slow cooked veal rack and morel mushroom ravioli, and risotto with assorted mushrooms. Dessert is a classic chocolate Chantilly with passion fruit caramel on Brittany sable and passion fruit sorbet. The menu is priced from MOP 688* per person.

La Chine: The premium Cantonese restaurant at Level 6 of The Parisian Macao's Eiffel Tower will launch festive set menus to delight guests. Christmas Dinner Set Men will be available on Dec. 24 and 25. The delectable La Chine signature appetisers are followed by main course options including slow cooked crystal king prawn, braised wagyu beef cheek, and braised sea cucumber with mountain grains and golden superior broth. Dessert is a festival-themed white sesame cream with ginger lime gel with mandarin and black tea sorbet. The menu is priced at MOP 1,388* per person.
Festive Lunch Set Menu will be offered on Dec. 24 to 25 and Dec. 31 to Jan. 1, 2023. After savouring La Chine's signature dim sum platter, double boiled chicken soup with sea whelk and black garlic, and marinated baby abalone with spicy Sichuan sauce and marinated Chinese pear with hawthorn and balsamic vinegar pearl, guests can choose oven-baked cod fish fillet with sea urchin paste or wok fried prime beef with garlic and black pepper sauce for main course. Lastly, homemade almond and egg white sweetened soup, chilled coconut and pumpkin pudding wraps up the meal with a refreshing taste. The menu is priced at MOP 688* per person.
To welcome a new year of happiness, New Year's Eve Dinner Set Menu and New Year Premium Set Menu are the perfect choice. The dining journey start with chilled Botan prawn and Chinese lettuce with balsamic vinegar pearl, deep-fried Gillardeau oyster or marinated Chinese pear with hawthorn. For main course, diners can choose seared A5 Japanese Miyazaki wagyu beef in black pepper sauce with foie gras, slow-cooked crystal king prawn, or braised sea cucumber with dried shrimp roe. Soup is a nourishing double-boiled chicken soup with fish maw and morel mushroom in the New Year's Eve Dinner Set Menu, and double-boiled chicken soup with fish maw, sea whelk and black garlic in the New Year Premium Set Menu. Dessert is a creative double texture of peanuts with banana passion compote and passion fruit Moutai sorbet. New Year's Eve Dinner Set Menu is priced at MOP 1,488* and New Year Premium Set Menu is priced at MOP 1,388*.

Lotus Palace: The renowned Chinese restaurant will offer exquisite festive set menus. Christmas and New Year Lunch Set Menu will be offered on Dec. 24 to 26 and Dec. 31 to Jan. 2, 2023, presenting delicious dishes including dim sum combination platter; double-boiled chicken soup with sea whelk, dendrobe and American ginseng; wok-fried Angus beef with Japanese Matsumoto mushroom and Lin'an green pepper; and braised homemade Australian spinach bean curd with dried scallops. For dessert, the nourishing double-boiled pear with bamboo bird's nest, fritillary bulb and dried fig offers delicious warmth. The menu is priced at MOP 388* per person.
Christmas Set Menu will be available on Dec. 24 and 25, starting with an extravagant appetizer combination platter, including premium ingredients such as New Zealand abalone, Arctic surf clam, foie gras and caviar. Double-boiled chicken soup with sea cucumber, sea whelk, shiitake mushroom and Chinese herb is followed by a main course of steamed Canadian lobster meat with egg or pan-fried Australian wagyu beef with asparagus in miso foam, accompanied by fried crispy wild rice with conpoy and assorted seafood in spinach juice. The menu is priced at MOP 1,088* per person.
On Dec. 31 and Jan. 1, 2023, guests can opt for the New Year Dinner Set Menu. The appetiser platter and double-boiled soup with fish maw, sea whelks, tangerine peel and bamboo bird's nest will awaken the palate with rich flavours. Main course options include steamed star grouper fillet with blue mussel, preserved vegetable and tomato and pan-fried Kagoshima A5 Kobe beef with fresh chanterelle yellow mushroom, accompanied by braised udon with sea urchin and baby razor clam in crab bisque to create an unforgettable surf-and-turf experience. Dinner is indulgently rounded off with double-boiled steculia with milk in mini pumpkin and baked pumpkin seed shortbread. The menu is priced at MOP 1,088* per person.
For a sumptuous feast to share with family and friends, the Hot Pot Set Menu available on Dec. 24, 25 and 31 and Jan. 1, 2023 is the ideal choice. Guests can choose their own soup base and savour a variety of deluxe ingredients, including fresh star grouper, Canadian lobster, New Zealand abalone, Scottish razor clams, Iberico pork, M5 Australian wagyu beef and more. The set also includes appetisers, seasonal vegetables, noodles and desserts. The menu is priced at MOP 1,988* for two persons.

Churchill's Table: This Christmas and New Year, the exuberant British-themed restaurant launches an array of celebratory set lunch and dinner menus, afternoon tea, takeaway treats and selected gifts, inviting guests to bring seasonal cheer to their families by embarking on a wonderful culinary journey together.
Christmas Afternoon Tea Set salutes the joyous season! Available from Monday to Thursday, now till Dec. 29, 2022. Savoury selections include foie gras 'Mont Blanc', tea-smoked salmon rillette vol-au-vent, chorizo madeleine and more. On the sweet side are some very Instagrammable pastries celebrating all things Christmas, including 'Santa Belt', 'Christmas Ball', 'The Christmas Tree' and 'Holy Leaf'. The tea set includes caramel ginger latte or caramel ginger milk. The Mad Hatter Afternoon Tea Set is available Friday to Sunday and on public holidays. The tea set is priced from MOP 368* for two persons.
The spectacular Christmas Lunch available on Dec. 24 and 25, will delight all guests. Appetisers start with foie gras parfait, chestnut soup or Santa's seafood platter. For main courses, diners can choose roasted Rangers Valley striploin with Yorkshire pudding, guinea fowl pithivier with foie gras, or mushroom risotto; and then finish on a sublime note with Black Forest Christmas tree with cherry sorbet. The menu is priced from MOP 438* per person.
Christmas Set Dinner available on Dec. 24 and 25, brings the sparkle and joy of Christmas to a climax. The elaborate feast starts with octopus carpaccio or Santa's seafood platter which includes lobster and Fine de Claire oysters. Following lobster soup with cauliflower cream, guests can enjoy a main course of roasted beef tenderloin or pan-roasted French duck breast with Christmas stuffing. Dinner is indulgently rounded off with vanilla cream, fig berries and wine compote, served with eggnog ice cream. The menu is priced from MOP 788* per person.
Ring in 2023 with this delicious New Year's Eve Dinner Menu available on Dec 31. Appetisers offer pan-roasted Hokkaido scallops with rosemary, tuna carpaccio with crab salad, or crispy salad with toast and seasonal truffle. Confit of cod with chestnut cream soup is followed by main courses of wagyu beef tenderloin with foie gras, toothfish fillet with braised mussels, or ravioli with egg and ricotta cheese. Dessert is a festive 'Happy New Year 2023' with strawberry textures, Champagne jelly and orange segment. The menu is priced at MOP 888* per person.
Embrace the New Year with this festive Lunch Menu available on Jan. 1 and 2, 2023. Appetisers kick off with Hamachi carpaccio, prawn bisque with sautéed prawn or beetroot tartare. Main courses include pan-roasted Scottish salmon fillet, Sunday roasted beef with Yorkshire pudding, wild mushroom risotto, or a wonderful baked whole lobster with black truffle cream. Hiro by Hiroshi Kagata: Executive Chef Hiroshi Kagata will present omakase, a traditional style of upscale Japanese cookery, with the finest ingredients and techniques providing an inventive and exciting gastronomic journey. The menu incorporates a range of signature tempura, teppanyaki and sashimi. Christmas Omakase is available from Dec. 24 to 25, indulging guests with Hokkaido scallop, king crab leg, Japanese wagyu beef and more premium dishes. New Year Omakase will be offered from Dec. 31 to Jan. 2, 2023, including king crab leg tempura, Japanese wagyu beef teppanyaki, and plum wine jelly with fruits. Jiang Nan by Jereme Leung: From Dec. 24 to 26 and Dec. 31 to Jan. 2, 2023, Jiang Nan by Jereme Leung, helmed by celebrity master chef Jereme Leung, will offer an exquisite Festive Dinner Set Menu. Highlights include classic dishes such as marinated bamboo shrimps, old-fashioned Shanghai smoked cod fish, 'Jinling' style salted duck, the legendary 'Su Dong Po' braised veal cheek, steamed yellow croaker fish with glutinous rice cake, and sea cucumber and dried shrimp roe noodles infused with scallion oil.
