An event to highlight Macao's 'tourism+' initiatives
and Sands Resorts Macao's spectacular performances and leisure portfolio
(Macao, May. 17, 2024) – Sands® Resorts Macao is participating in the 'Experience Macao' Carnival in Hong Kong from May 17-19. Organised by the Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) the exciting event is showcasing the MGTO's varied 'tourism+' initiatives, and aims to realise the full potential of Macao's second largest visitor source market, positioning Macao as a preferred destination for Hong Kong residents, tourists and travel industry professionals. For Sands Resorts Macao the carnival is an opportunity to promote its extensive entertainment and leisure offerings to a Hong Kong audience.
Electrifying performances kicked off the carnival's opening ceremony, including appearances by Hong Kong artists Jeffrey Ngai and Jeannie Ng, and talented Macao singer German Guiherme. The three-day carnival also features a series of stage acts and interactive games, including Sands Resorts Macao's 'Changing of the Guard' entertainment extravaganza, which is being staged twice a day on May 18 and 19, recreating a dramatic display of British pageantry. Visitors can also win tickets to the immersive teamLab SuperNature Macao and the interactive Harry Potter™: The Exhibition.
In addition, Sands Resorts Macao is promoting the world-class accommodation, duty-free shopping, and family-friendly leisure and entertainment options available at its three interconnected integrated resorts, The Venetian® Macao, The Parisian Macao and The Londoner® Macao. It is also shining a spotlight on its gastronomic excellence that includes The Huaiyang Garden, the only two-Michelin-starred Huaiyang cuisine restaurant in Hong Kong and Macao, and Michelin selected The Mews and Chiado. Carnival visitors can book popular accommodation packages, including the Explore teamLab SuperNature Hotel Package and Stay 2 Nights and Get Special Offer, both of which give guests an unforgettable experience of Sands Resorts Macao.
Visitors to Sands Resorts Macao's stunning booth are sure to be impressed by the creative homage it pays to the architectural icons of each integrated resort, including Elizabeth Tower (Big Ben) and the Eiffel Tower. They will also experience inspiring Sands Lifestyle travel videos that share the myriad of ways to stay, shop, dine and be entertained at Sands Resorts Macao.
