(Macao, Dec. 5, 2024) –  ‘Tis the season for celebratory dining with family and friends and this Christmas and New Year signature restaurants at Sands® Resorts Macao and Sands Macao are paying delicious homage to tradition with a side of creativity. 

A Taste of Home - The Londoner® Macao
Taking diners to London for the holidays is Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill with its British-inspired five-course dinner menus. Over Christmas diners can enjoy a choice of mains, including moist Turkey breast ballotine with pigs in blanket (bacon wrapped sausage), cranberry compote, chestnut, Périgord black truffle and turkey jus or Gordon Ramsay’s famous Beef Wellington paired with roasted Brussel sprouts, pancetta, truffle mash and Périgord truffle. Festive menus are available on Dec. 24, 25, and 31.

Michelin-selected restaurant Chiado is showcasing the flavours of Portugal with its five-course menu available on Dec. 24, 25 and 31 and Jan. 1, 2025. The enchanting meals start with Atlantic octopus, sweet potato, red onion with thyme, and lemon vinaigrette, and ends with the creative dessert, Sea flavours and citrus, yuzu sorbet, crystallised algae. 
 
Churchill’s Table will delight guests with its Christmas and New Year set menus that highlight popular festive foods, including seafood. The restaurant’s impressive Seafood platter features on both menus with a jet-fresh assortment of Alaskan crab leg, Boston lobster, Royal oyster and abalone. Festive afternoon tea is available throughout the month of December, and dinner menus will be served on Dec. 24, 25, and 31. Churchill’s Table Boutique is offering edible gifts for foodie friends, from gingerbread cookies and themed cakes to abundant hampers filled with inviting goodies. 

Seasonal Highlights - The Parisian Macao
Brasserie is celebrating year-end French favourites, such as foie gras, with an imaginative selection of duck foie gras dishes available on its decadent set lunch and dinner menus, available on Dec. 24, 25 and Dec.31 and Jan. 1, 2025. 

The perfect option for groups of differing preferences is theatrical dining experience, Le Buffet with its comprehensive selection of crowd-pleasing stations. From sensational seafood through to Slow roasted turkey and Teppanyaki Wagyu M6, there will be something for all as part of its Dec. 24, 25 and 31 dinner selections. La Chine and Lotus Palace are also presenting multi-course set menus over the same periods starring seasonal dishes that honour Cantonese cuisine.  

Chef’s Choice - The Venetian® Macao
Presenting holiday Omakase is Hiro by Hiroshi Kagata. The Japanese restaurant will be focusing on premium ingredients, translating into delightful dishes, such as Steamed crab with tofu cream and caviar with yuzu liquor jelly, and Japanese Wagyu hotpot. The special Omakase menus will be available on Dec. 24, 25, 31 and Jan. 1-3, 2025.

Indulgent Creations - Sands® Macao
Rounding out the gastronomic feasts are the signature restaurants at Sands® Macao. Copa Steakhouse will be playing to its surf and turf strengths with multi-course menus. Featured over Christmas is Seared Atlantic langoustine paired with in-season mushroom and grilled corn ragù, tarragon and sauce thermidor, and over the New Year period Wagyu tartare with porcini and white balsamic vinegar topped with caviar, served with sourdough. The delectable lunch will be available on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1, 2025, and dinners on Dec. 24-26, and Dec. 31, 2024 to Jan. 1, 2025. 

Golden Court and 888 Buffet are joining in too with a range of traditional dishes and tempting indulgences.
