Diamond Ratings for Eighth Consecutive Year

(Macao, Jan. 13, 2025) – Sands China Ltd. is delighted to announce that two signature restaurants, The Parisian Macao’s La Chine and Four Seasons Hotel Macao’s Zi Yat Heen have been recognised by the esteemed Meituan Black Pearl Restaurant Guide 2025 for the eighth consecutive year. Both restaurants have been awarded one diamond.

Located inside the Eiffel Tower at The Parisian Macao with stunning views of Cotai Strip, award-winning La Chine offers gourmands exquisite Cantonese flavours curated by Executive Chinese Chef, Ben Lui. Celebrated for its authentic cooking techniques and artistic presentation, the restaurant’s signature dishes include Poached Boston lobster in superior prawn broth served with crispy rice and Smoked baby pigeon in lemongrass flavour. 

Zi Yat Heen, Four Seasons Hotel Macao
Zi Yat Heen is celebrated for its exquisite fusion of the finest ingredients and meticulous techniques, crafting authentic Cantonese dishes that are enhanced by exceptional service and elegant ambience. Helmed by Executive Chinese Chef, Anthony Ho, the restaurant features signature dishes including Braised spinach and tofu in abalone sauce crowned with earthy morel mushrooms and Pan-fried Kagoshima A5 Wagyu beef with black pepper, porcini and basil. In honor of its Black Pearl achievement, Zi Yat Heen presents the exquisite Black Pearl and Moutai menu. The 7-course tasting indulgence showcases culinary excellence with premium dishes like Steamed Lobster Fillet with egg and Kristal Caviar, Braised South African Abalone with diced chicken fried rice, paired with the Kweichow Moutai Tasting Flight. 

Launched in 2018 by Meituan, the annual Black Pearl Restaurant Guide is a respected dining guide with a unique Chinese perspective that aims to raise the profile of Chinese cuisine globally. Its judging committee of experts in the culinary field with vast knowledge of Chinese cuisine rate restaurants using three criteria: culinary excellence, the dining experience, and heritage and innovation. This year’s guide acknowledges a total of 370 restaurants, covering 34 cities worldwide, with 17 in Macao.
