Sands China Celebrates Michelin-Starred Excellence
Five signature restaurants among the region’s best,
honoured with accolades by Michelin Guide
(Macao, March 13, 2025)– Sands China Ltd. has once again been recognised by Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau for gastronomic excellence, with five of its distinguished restaurants earning the admiration of Michelin inspectors. The Londoner® Macao’s The Huaiyang Garden continues its reign as the only two-star Huaiyang cuisine restaurant in Hong Kong and Macao, while sophisticated Cantonese restaurant Zi Yat Heen at Four Seasons Hotel Macao has been awarded a Michelin star for the 16th consecutive year – a testament to its enduring culinary artistry.
These exceptional gourmet offerings are joined by three Michelin Selected restaurants for a second consecutive year. The Mews, serving innovative Thai cuisine; Chiado, with a focus on refined Portuguese dishes; and Pin Yue Xuan, a contemporary Cantonese restaurant; all continued to uphold their place in the prestigious Michelin Guide, reinforcing Sands China’s commitment to perfection.
Tom Connolly, Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage Operations at Sands China Ltd. said, “We are truly honoured that Michelin Guide continues to recognise five of our signature restaurants as among the best in Macao.
