Sands China Shows Support of World Ocean Day Through
Sustainable Seafood Offerings at Three Signature Restaurants 

Tempting dishes and special menus available until June 30 


(Macao, June. 18, 2025) –  In support of World Ocean Day, Sands China Ltd. is participating in the Sustainable SEAfood Festival organised by the Hong Kong Sustainable Seafood Coalition, of which Sands China is a member. Brasserie at The Parisian Macao, Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at The Londoner® Macao and Copa Steakhouse at Sands® Macao are all offering exceptional dishes that feature sustainable seafood from premium suppliers, demonstrating that responsible dining can also be delectable, while raising awareness of an important issue.

Sensational Seafood
French bistro, Brasserie is presenting two stunning seafood dishes as part of a four-course set menu: Butter sautéed prawns flambéed with Pernod on a tomato, bell pepper and saffron sauce; and Cod fillet steamed in a champagne sauce, with seafood quenelle and spelt wheat risotto. 

It’s all about classics at British gastropub Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, including New Caledonia prawn cocktail served with cucumber and lemon tarragon aioli, and the signature Fish & chips, featuring line-caught haddock, ale battered and accompanied by triple-cooked fries, mushy peas and tartar sauce. Completing the trio is Copa Steakhouse and its creative plates, Lobster cocktail with avocado, yuzu, Marie Rose dressing, and fines herb salad; and pan-fried Atlantic black cod paired with seasonal vegetable barigoule, pearl barley, and Noilly Prat sauce.
