Sands Lifestyle Hosts Four-Hands Dinners with Two-Michelin-Starred Restaurants, The Huaiyang Garden and Jiang by Chef Fei
In collaboration with French cognac house Martell, the exceptional culinary event will showcase the best of Huaiyang and Cantonese cuisines
(Macao, July 24, 2025) – Sands Lifestyle is presenting an extraordinary four-hands dining experience at The Londoner® Macao’s The Huaiyang Garden with Jiang by Chef Fei from the Mandarin Oriental, Guangzhou, from July 31 to August 2, 2025. Both restaurants hold two-Michelin stars, and the coming together of their master chefs for the first time, Zhou Xiaoyan, the culinary visionary behind The Huaiyang Garden, and visiting chef Huang Jinghui, promises a stellar feast and harmonious blend of Huaiyang and Cantonese cuisines. The premier event is being held in collaboration with French cognac house Martell. Seats are limited and reservations are recommended.
Recognised as one of the four great Chinese culinary traditions, Huaiyang cuisine features light, fresh yet powerful flavours, meticulous knife skills and delicate cooking methods, epitomising Chinese gastronomic brilliance. Known as the godfather of the cuisine, and with over four decades of experience, chef Zhou is both an ambassador for Huaiyang heritage and an innovator, bringing contemporary techniques and refined presentation.
Executive Chef Huang, better known as chef Fei, has dedicated 30 years to perfecting Cantonese cuisine, crafting delicacies that strike a balance between tradition and innovation. Under his leadership his namesake restaurant has held two Michelin stars since 2019, a testament to his mastery and his ability to create menus that excite and delight in equal measure.
During the exclusive four-hands dinners, the two celebrated chefs will serve an outstanding menu highlighting in-season ingredients to create memorable dishes such as, Stewed pork meatball with crab roe in superior soup and Crispy Jiangsu eel roll with summer pickles and rice vinegar from Zhou, and Huang’s Heritage signature carp fish congee with ginger and baby scallions and Slow-cooked Wagyu beef with Teochew pickles and pearl melon. These delectable dishes will be complemented by an optional pairing from Martell, makers of premium cognac.
