Seven of Sands Resorts Macao’s Restaurants Recognised
at 2026 Trip.Gourmet’s Annual Global Restaurant Rankings and Fine Dining Awards Ceremony

For the fifth year the prestigious gourmet guide’s awards ceremony has been held at Sands Resorts Macao, reinforcing Macao’s City of Gastronomy role

 

(Macao, Nov. 3, 2025) – Seven of Sands® Resorts Macao’s signature restaurants have received coveted ratings at 2026 Trip.Gourmet’s Annual Global Restaurant Rankings and Fine Dining Awards Ceremony. Co-organised by Sands China Ltd. and Trip.com Group, with the support of the Macao Government Tourism Office, the event took place on Oct. 31, 2025 at The Londoner® Macao’s Chelsea Ballroom.

This marks the fifth consecutive year that Sands China and its long-term strategic partner Trip.com have joined forces to host this annual event at Sands Resorts Macao. Themed ‘New Coordinates for Taste’, the event highlighted the ultimate combination of ‘Travel X Gastronomy’. The award-winners were selected by Trip.com, culinary masters, foodies, and food culture experts based on five criteria: local characteristics, heritage and innovation, food, service and ambience. The aim is to create a comprehensive restaurant guide that helps travellers pinpoint premium dining experiences when exploring a destination. Selected restaurants are awarded in three categories: Black Diamond, Diamond, and Platinum.

The Huaiyang Garden, The Londoner Macao
Curated by ‘The Godfather of Huaiyang Cuisine’ Zhou Xiaoyan, The Huaiyang Garden celebrates the classic flavours of the timeless cuisine. Located in a tranquil space modelled after ancient Chinese gardens, guests can enjoy premium, authentic Huaiyang delicacies that offer taste and presentation perfection. Signature dishes include Shredded bean curd with crab meat and egg white in superior soup, Steamed Hilsa herring fish with 20 years Huadiao wine, and Braised Hokkaido sea cucumber with shrimp roe. 

La Chine, The Parisian Macao
Located on Level 6 of The Parisian Macao’s Eiffel Tower, La Chine boasts panoramic views of Cotai Strip. Executive Chinese Chef Ben Lui curates a true feast for the eyes and palate by showcasing Cantonese cuisine in its most authentic expression, further elevated by artistic presentation. Signature specialities include Poached Boston lobster in superior prawn broth served with crispy rice, Chilled Australian lobster, and Smoked baby pigeon in lemongrass flavour.

Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, The Londoner Macao
Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill is the first restaurant in Macao by world-renowned. multi-Michelin starred chef, Gordon Ramsay. The authentic and convivial British gastropub and grill serves many Ramsay signatures including Beef Wellington, Fish & Chips and Sticky Toffee Pudding, alongside an impressive selection of charcoal-fired grilled steaks sourced from the finest farms. 

Jiang Nan by Jereme Leung, The Venetian Macao
Jiang Nan by Jereme Leung showcases the authentic flavours of Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang - celebrating the very best of Jiangnan cuisine. Celebrity master chef Jereme Leung innovatively handcrafts the classic dishes of Jiangnan while carefully preserving the authenticity of the region. Must-try dishes include House signature drunken crab in “Hua Diao” wine, Oven-baked fortune chicken, Eight treasures braised duck and Mahjong full house – a mouth-watering dessert based on Shanghai’s White Rabbit candy.

Pin Yue Xuan, The Venetian Macao
Premium Cantonese restaurant Pin Yue Xuan offers an immersive dining experience that reinterprets and refines the timeless southern Chinese culinary tradition. Stepping into the classic courtyard house, guests can enjoy innovative delicacies and handmade dim sum. Executive Chef, Darren Cheung, upholds the time-honoured traditions of Cantonese cuisine while adding an innovative touch to create a fine dining extravaganza. Signatures include Steamed Brittany lobster with egg white in seafood broth; Braised streaky pork with fish maw, sea cucumber, abalone and mushroom; Honey glazed barbecued Iberico pork; and Steamed grouper and crab roe in goldfish shape dumplings.

Zi Yat Heen, Four Seasons Hotel Macao
Zi Yat Heen offers authentic Cantonese cuisine and creative dim sum in a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere. Executive Chinese Chef Anthony Ho’s culinary philosophy is rooted in the traditional flavours of Cantonese cooking, yet he boldly embraces innovation. Through his engagement with guests, Chef Ho gains invaluable insights and inspiration and continually refines his craft. Signature dishes include Double-boiled Canadian geoduck soup, Sauteed Kagoshima A5 Wagyu Beef Cubes, and Roasted crystal Shiqi baby pigeon.
