This two-Michelin-starred restaurant is known for its authentic and artistic interpretation of Huaiyang cuisine. It is under the guidance of celebrity master chef Zhou Xiaoyan, considered the “Godfather” of this time-honoured cuisine, and Executive Chef, Jack Xiao.
