Le Buffet at The Parisian Macao: Le Buffet’s special Mother’s Day brunch and dinner menus feature a stunning range of international dishes, including charcuterie, salads and appetisers, sashimi and sushi, a seafood bar, live stations for pasta and noodles, grilled Boston lobster, foie gras poele, whole BBQ duck, cooked-to-order quail, a carving station with Australian prime rib on the bone and whole suckling pig. Chinese special items add spicy lobster claws and steamed sea bass, while mums with a sweet tooth will adore the dessert buffet featuring Le Eiffel Tower signature treats together with local and French favourites, a chocolate station and chocolate fountain.

Brasserie at The Parisian Macao: Expect culinary treats including duck foie gras terrine, fine de claire oysters on ice, lobster bisque, roasted French duck breast with orange sauce, prime hanging tender and grilled salmon steak. Dinner adds beef tenderloin medallions and lobster, scallops, mussels and fish in white wine sauce. Finally indulge in a huge selection of cakes and desserts, including Mother’s Day cupcakes.

Lotus Palace at The Parisian Macao: The special Mother’s Day menu at The Parisian Macao’s signature Chinese restaurant includes fresh abalone with wasabi dressing, Japanese ice plant roll with black fungus and truffle balsamic vinegar, scallops in kataifi pastry topped with red and black caviar, double-boiled sea whelk soup with fish maw and fresh cordyceps flowers and braised Canadian lobster with white wine sauce. Delectable desserts include smooth almond cream with egg white and bird’s nest, and deep-fried crispy almond milk.

Dynasty 8 at Conrad Macao: The award-winning Dynasty 8 restaurant is offering an exquisite Mother’s Day set menu, featuring double-boiled superior soup with fish maw and mushrooms, steamed garoupa fillet with ginger and shallot sauce, wok-fried Australian scallops with broccoli and pine nuts, stir-fried beef strips and asparagus, braised tofu with dried long beans in minced pork gravy and more.
