(Macao, May 9, 2017) – The Parisian Macao’s authentic French Brasserie restaurant is introducing two delicious food promotions to highlight quintessentially Gallic culinary traditions – the perfect French afternoon tea and the famous ‘Galette’ buckwheat crêpes accompanied by refreshing cider. Both are available now at Brasserie from MOP 128* per person inclusive of one drink.
Afternoon Tea Set promotion
Enjoy an classic Afternoon Tea Set with savoury treats including mini Croque Madame with sunny side-up quail egg; smoked salmon and avocado tartlet; artichoke and spinach salad; and sublime sweets like mini Eiffel Tower Champagne truffles; red bean chouquettes; “French Tricolore” macarons (blueberry, vanilla and raspberry); raspberry and pistachio financiers; coconut panna cotta flowerpots; and dark hot chocolate with Grand Marnier.

Galette with French Kerisac cider promotion
Diners will struggle to find a more typical, or delicious French culinary experience than an amazing Galette Complete – the famous buckwheat crepe filled with emmental cheese, Paris ham and egg, accompanied by a green salad, accompanied by a glass of classic French Kerisac cider. Galettes are also available in other three flavours, including Galette Epinard (spinach), Galette Fruits de Mer (seafood) and Galette Nutella.
