(Macao, Jan. 28, 2019) – Sands Resorts Macao and Sands Macao will offer special menus this Valentine’s Day at eight signature restaurants, where you will find some of the most deliciously romantic dining across the integrated resorts. Thrill your loved one with a selection of Valentine’s Day set menus, buffets and à la carte offerings at The Venetian® Macao, The Parisian Macao, Sands® Cotai Central and Sands® Macao’s award-winning restaurants. The special menus will only be available on Thursday, Feb. 14, 2019.
The Venetian Macao
Portofino: The Venetian Macao’s authentic Italian restaurant is the perfect setting for a divine date. While love may be the main item on the menu, you and your loved one can enjoy a set dinner with starters of Tsarkaya oysters with Kaluga caviar, marinated beetroot, burrata cheese with black truffle and 25-year balsamic vinegar, calamarata pasta, veal tartare and Japanese sea urchin. Follow this with a main course of Atlantic poached turbot and Alaskan king crab, and pistachio and strawberry delice to end things on a sweet note.

The Parisian Macao
Brasserie: This Valentine’s Day the authentic French bistro offers an exceptional dinner menu featuring a sublime seafood platter for two, appetiser of duck foie gras and Boston lobster terrine, wild mushroom feuillete, cantaloupe melon carpaccio, duck consommé, pumpkin soup with chestnut chantilly profiterole, mains of dover sole with scallops and roasted beef tournedos on young wild boar stew ravioli or beetroot risotto, with crème citronelle to finish.
The dinner set menu is priced at MOP 1,388* for two. Add MOP 200* per person for wine pairing.
Brasserie is also offering an irresistible Valentine’s Day afternoon tea set with savoury bites including duck confit and pork feuilleté, foie gras, panna cotta and seared salmon, while on the sweet side delight in a selection of enchanting mouelleux, macarons, éclairs, tartlets, truffles and pies.

La Chine: With its spectacular location on the 6th floor of The Parisian Macao’s Eiffel Tower, La Chine is the perfect backdrop to enjoy a Valentine’s Day set dinner menu. Start your romantic night with La Chine’s renowned Eiffel seafood platter for two, including crab, sea urchin, oysters, prawn sashimi and caviar, before enjoying double-boiled lobster and scallop broth, main courses of A5 Wagyu with foie gras, smoke-baked cod and seasonal vegetables with French black truffles. A special dessert of Champagne mousse and elderflower cherry compote rounds off this decadent delight.

Le Buffet: As well as the lavish international spread the restaurant is renowned for, Le Buffet’s Valentine’s Day dinner buffet menu offers some special romantic items including heart-shaped coeur du berry goat cheese, foie gras poele, Boston lobster thermidor, a beef ribeye carving station and crab timbale with salmon roe.

The Londoner Macao
Chiado: The exciting new restaurant, offering a genuine taste of Portugal, is sure to win hearts over with a passionate Valentine’s Day set dinner menu. To start couples can enjoy Fine de Claire oysters and carpaccio of red tuna, carrot and ginger soup with Dungeness crab, while main courses include Mediterranean red prawns braised rice or duck breast with baked pumpkin puree, before indulging in a decadent chocolate bombe with salted caramel and hazelnut ice cream.

MOP 124* for children, while dinner is MOP 498* for adults and MOP 249* for children.

The Lounge: A romantic afternoon tea will be served at Conrad Macao’s stylish The Lounge to celebrate Valentine’s Day, and offers a selection of both savoury and sweet traditional treats, along with a choice of tea or coffee and two special Valentine’s Day cocktails or mocktails, priced at MOP 288** for two people. Mocktails and cocktails are also available individually from MOP 68**. Copa: Sands Macao’s award-winning Copa Steakhouse is also adding romance this Valentine’s Day with a divine set dinner. Dishes for couples to savour include starters of Wagyu ox tongue, lime-scented langoustine, leek and potato soup with French duck breast, and grass-fed noisettes of lamb. Main courses offer ragout of Australian Wagyu beef and Alaskan Pacific halibut and Boston lobster, with a shared dessert to finish.
