Conrad Macao Partners with Conrad Bangkok to Offer the Best of Thai Cuisine
Delicious and authentic taste of Thailand at Grand Orbit restaurant from 13 Sept. – 13 Oct.
(Macao, September 9, 2019) – Conrad® Macao is pleased to partner with sister hotel Conrad Bangkok to bring authentic Thai cuisine to Grand Orbit restaurant. Guests can enjoy this special Thai promotion for a limited time from 13 Sept. to 13 Oct., 2019; available for dinner buffet only.
Conrad Bangkok Executive Sous Chef Boonserm Thanavibull, who has taken his superb Thai cuisine all over the world, will be preparing a wide selection of classic dishes featuring fresh, vibrant ingredients to delight lovers of the spicy, colourful cuisine.
Diners can anticipate a wide selection of Thai treats, with mouthwatering salads incorporating duck, seafood, beef and squid; minced seafood on toast; galangal soup with salmon; and tom yum soup. Main courses include popular dishes such as green curry chicken; massaman curry lamb; red curry pork with long beans; minced pork with hot basil; fried Thai-style chicken; salmon, seabass and other seafood.
Grand Orbit’s carvery stations will offer Thai-style grilled pork and roasted whole chicken, plus fried prawn noodles and beef noodle soup. Thai cuisine is also known for its tempting desserts such as bananas in coconut milk; pumpkin custard; tapioca with young coconut and sticky rice dumplings with egg.
