Shawn Mendes Thrills The Venetian Macao’s Cotai Arena With Non-stop Hits
(Macao, October. 15, 2019) – Grammy nominated, multi-platinum singer/songwriter Shawn Mendes produced a rocking performance at The Venetian® Macao’s Cotai Arena to get the audience cheering and singing along to every song.
The 21-year-old Canadian musician, who kicked off SHAWN MENDES: THE TOUR in Amsterdam this March, performed all the hits from his first three albums “Handwritten”, “Illuminate” and self-titled third studio release for his Macao stop. They included “Never Be Alone”, “Why”, “Mercy”, “Youth”, “There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back”, “Stitches”, “In My Blood” and “Treat You Better”
More recent hits such as “Lost in Japan” and “Like to Be You” were also included as were his hit duets with Camila Cabello – “Senorita”. The singer demonstrated his talent and charisma with piano cover versions of Whitney Houston's “I Wanna Dance with Somebody (Who Loves Me)” and Coldplay's “Fix You”.
SHAWN MENDES: THE TOUR is Mendes’ third solo outing and has already visited Seoul, Shanghai, Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta and Manila.
