Conrad Macao’s superb restaurants, including Dynasty 8, Grand Orbit and The Lounge are all offering delicious dining over Chinese New Year, with a selection of celebratory set menus at the hotel’s signature Chinese restaurant Dynasty 8, elaborate buffets at Grand Orbit, and a traditional afternoon tea set at The Lounge – all part of the inspired experiences you can expect during the festive season.

Dynasty 8
Dynasty 8 is offering an exceptional nine-course Chinese New Year set menu for lunch and dinner that is both delicious, healthy and represents prosperity. Featuring an appetiser combination platter of suckling pig, mandarin goose liver and roasted duck, it also offers double-boiled superior soup, dry oysters, steamed red spotted garoupa, crispy-fried chicken, celery with lily bulb and chanterelle mushrooms, assorted grains with conpoy and sakura shrimp and more for MOP 888+ per person. Minimum order is for six people.

A classic Poon Choi for four to six people including prawns, six-head abalone, conpoy, dried oysters, goose web and fish maw rolls is also available at MOP 1,888+. It can also be ordered as a festive takeaway to enjoy at home with families and friends.

The set menu is available Feb. 1-11 and Poon Choi for pre-order from Jan. 21 – Feb. 11, pick-up and dine-in from Feb. 1-11.

Located on the ground floor of Sands® Cotai Central, the award-winning Dynasty 8 restaurant is open Monday through Friday, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. and 6-11 p.m. (Saturdays and Sundays open at 10 a.m.). Grand Orbit
Grand Orbit will present an extravagant Chinese New Year buffet between Feb. 1–11, 2019, featuring Mediterranean, Western, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Southeast Asian and Indian specialities, as well as chilled fresh seafood on ice. Chinese New Year specialities include braised pork tongue with oysters and braised pork knuckle with red bean paste while dinner adds Boston lobster and crab.

The lunch buffet is served noon to 3 p.m. daily while the dinner buffet during the Chinese New Year period is served from 5:30-8 p.m. and 8:30-11 p.m. Lunch buffet price is MOP 328++ for adults and MOP 164+ for children (ages 5-11) and the dinner buffet price is MOP498+ for adults and MOP249++ for children (ages 5-11). The Lounge
A classic afternoon tea will be served between Feb. 1-11, 2019 at The Lounge to celebrate Chinese New Year, and includes a selection of both savoury and sweet traditional treats, along with a choice of tea or coffee or two special CNY cocktails or mocktails. The experience is priced at MOP 288++ and the deluxe tea set at MOP 328++, which also includes a limited edition Conrad Chinese New Year Red Camouflage bear or duck. Bodhi Spa
Refresh and reinvigorate with spa treatments to sooth and prepare the mind and body for the New Year. Bodhi Spa at Conrad Macao is offering its special two-hour 24-Carat Gold Royal Retreat for a limited time from Feb. 1–28, 2019, priced at MOP 2,500* on weekdays and MOP 2,700* on premium days^#.
