Stars Shine as The Venetian Macao Hosts the China Music Awards for Eighth Consecutive Year
(Macao, April 27, 2019) – The 23rd China Music Awards and Asian Influential Power Grand Ceremony returned to The Venetian® Macao for an eighth consecutive year on Saturday for a star-studded red carpet event at the main lobby and awards presentation ceremony in the Cotai Arena.
As the only Chinese music awards show telecast both across China and worldwide, the China Music Awards brings the nation’s top musical talents together in host cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Hong Kong, Macao and Taipei.
On Saturday night fans were able to see some of the industry’s biggest stars in the flesh on the red carpet, including Joey Yung, Leo Ku, Miriam Yeung, Ella of S.H.E, Chiling Lin, Jason Zhang, Kelly Yu, Tao Huang and others. A total of 33 awards were presented at the glittering ceremony
