Recognised at China's Wine List of the Year Awards 2020
Ten signature restaurants honoured by
leading industry event for their superior cellars
(Macao, November 6, 2020) – Ten Sands® Resorts Macao and Sands® Macao signature restaurants have been recognised for their outstanding wine selections at the prestigious China's Wine List of the Year 2020, announced recently in Shanghai.
Tom Connolly, Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage Operations, Sands China Ltd., said: "We are delighted our signature restaurants have again been recognised at this key industry event. We are committed to providing interesting wine choices at every price point for our restaurant guests, and are especially proud of our talented sommeliers, who offer inspiring wine pairings to enhance the culinary experience."
China's Wine List of the Year is an annual event that appraise winners in three award categories. The following ten restaurants at Sands Resorts Macao and Sands Macao were awarded either a 'One Glass', 'Two Glasses' or 'Three Glasses' ranking:

La Chine – 2 Glasses Award

Chiado – 1 Glass Award
Four Seasons Hotel Macao:
Zi Yat Heen – 2 Glasses Award

Golden Court – 3 Glasses Award

The Wine List of the Year Awards was established in 1994 to recognise and reward the best quality wine lists, with China receiving its own event in 2011. Winners are selected by leading sommeliers, masters of wine, wine writers and other industry experts throughout Greater China and around the world, to recognise the best wine lists from China's finest restaurants, hotels, cafes, wine bars and clubs.
The event is also influential in raising the public's interest in fine wine, and has improved consumer appreciation of the participating establishments, while inspiring professionals to improve their standards and knowledge.
